GF (like picrel but a little chunkier) started taking lifting really seriously around January 2. She started at 5'9" 200LB. Due to what I think was noob gains and water retention in the muscle, she went up to 206LB by January 16. Fast forward to January 30th and she is now down to 202LB. She looks SIGNIFICANTLY better despite having literally gained weight since the 1st of the month.
Currently she's doing 1000cal/day of high protein, low carb. Her workouts consist of:
>compound lift 4x10
>compound lift 4x10
>isolated exercise 4x10
>isolated exercise 4x10
>abs 4x10
>45m incline walk w/weights
She's upset that she "gained weight" but is really happy that she's now losing 2LB per week. She's not on Ozempic or anything but she would be able to get it (very rich family). Will 2LB weight loss per week continue while she also builds muscle, or will she need to hope on Ozempic for a little bit/cut even harder to maintain that momentum?
what's wrong with her skin
I can promise you mine is not wrinkly like this one. It's mostly the body type I was going for. Thick legs from ballet as a teen and massive breasts with a bit of a stomach.
She's a britbong
She is old
she just turned 26
There is near zero chance she'll build muscle on 1000 cal/day. She might retain more muscle than otherwise due to high protein, but man that's rough.
She might frick her metabolism eventually at that low of a daily cal intake, and her loss will stall out. Seems unlikely she'll be able to maintain this for long
Ultimately, her goal is weight loss and looking more toned (she wants to keep her ass even after she loses about 50lbs).
I would think that my calculations are a little bit off, so on any given day I'm about 300 or so calories off from what she's actually eating. She said that she doesn't really feel hungry anymore like she used to. Her typical meals go something like this:
>Breakfast: 2 eggs and 1-2 oz smoked salmon
>Starbucks: plain whole milk latte
>Lunch: bone broth soup
>Post-workout: protein shake made w/water
>Dinner: 6ish oz beef, chicken, pork, or fish with no dressing salad or stirfry vegetables
I ask her about her energy levels a lot and she says she feels better than before.
>Currently she's doing 1000cal/day
Bye gains. Despite of different metabolism people have that's a very low intake. Especially for a girl her size.
What would be best to change?
>gains
Who cares. You lose the fat then you gain the muscle back. Muscle mass is really easy to gain while maintaining your fat mass, but fat mass is hard to lose while trying to maintain muscle mass
I want to see this slag full of big black wiener
Same except I want to see a man’s ass full of big black wiener
Yeah OP i have a fat gf too, let us know if this is still working in a month.
Unless your gf is 6’6” there’s no way she looks anything like the girl in pic related at 200 pounds.
It's pretty close because her fat is distributed in a flattering way, but like I said she has a bit more of a stomach. Picrel is a rough estimation.
lmao shut the frick up you whale hunter who do you think you're fooling
>6'3"
fyi this b***h is 5'9 170lbs so I don't even want to image what your pig looks like....
Mami is far more aesthetic than I ever hope to be. Also she has breast implants.
>Jan 2
>Jan 30
Dude, NO ONE is getting noob gains in less than a month. Even gays w/ 10x Tests coursing through their veins cannot make that gains in such a short amount of time.
Also, why is abs a discrete exercise? On a woman no less, wtf is going on here?
Why is it that she gained and literally looks skinnier then? Genuinely, I have no other explanation.
I've gotten good results myself doing some ab work every time I hit the gym. Just some crunch machine and side bends.

Big girls love bbc
She's tall, has big boobas, and comes from a rich family. Tell me why she's still your gf and not your wife?
