It isn’t appropriate for most people here though who have paper bones from playing vidya until 18 and never a sport. The book assumes you have a base level of fitness, cardiac conditioning, and are not fat.
What is gslp and what does tb even cover? I don’t know what tb is even about and assume it’s just a workout program to prep for schools like this guy
Yes, I used it to go to a couple schools.

TB is a novice linear progression program that leaves room for cardio and conditioning. Basic 3x5 type work. GreySkull LP does the same except it uses an amrap for the last set. When you stall you lower the weight and try to break rep prs and work your way back up.
The lifting is only part of GSLP however. I'd you're using the methodology as written you're also performing calisthenics daily, cardio and anaerobic conditioning.
Can I get an example of the workout program? You don’t have to give me a full run down of a workout, but just the general gist of what kind of workouts they are.
Thanks in advance if you take the time.
It's wrotten for someone who is looking to slowly and consistently build strength when they're also doing a ton of bodyweighr calisthenics, running, sprinting and ruck marching. It's a dead simple short and sweet block periodization scheme meant to add a little more strength without a ton of additional stress to recover from. If you're running 15 miles a week, ruck marching with various loads from 35lbs to nearly your bodyweight in various distances from 6 to 40 miles, thats a ton of stress to deal with. You're not going to have much success staying fairly lean (e.g. eating a mild surplus) and trying to run GVT with training like that, especially if its interspersed with periods of field training exercises where you'll eat less, and shittier food and most likely have much less sleep. If you're sitting on your ass and working an easy 9-5 desk job, then yeah, it's a shit program. You can recover from a lot more stress than TB or even gslp starts with.
Yes it's legit
I used it for about 1.5 years and I was fitter than ever before in my life, and I've never been either fat or inactive. I wasn't my strongest or biggest, but fittest. I only quit becuase of unreleated injuries from BJJ
It deals with several domains of fitness - maximal strength, strength-endurance, long solid state cardio (such as runs), short high intensity cardio (such as sprints) and even hypertrophy and you'll work them all in a systematic way
The books are cheap ($10 each).
Start with TB2 and do base building for 8 weeks and you won't regret it
Or get the Green protocol which is the newest and should be fine on it's own
or just pirate them..
If you want to get maximum strength or hypertrophy then don't bother with it
Yeah run barefoot on hard pavement because you're a le caveman. I am super soviet guy who trained Spetsnaz (I was only 14 years old when the soviets dissolved). You're an idiot.

wdym "schools"
He clearly meant nursing school anon.
Military.
He's a welfare queen.
GSLP mogs TB in everything it tries to accomplish.

This is the standard TB template from the book. You can probably find it on the /plg/ sticky.
Thanks
>15 - 25 min
>3x5 on 2 major compounds
Come on

you didn't understand my post at all
If you have extra reps in the tank on your last set you aren't training hard enough

ALSO FRICK THESE CAPTCHAS
also don't bother unless you'll actually read the books, they're short and interesting
If you are a brainlet just don't bother
Also I'll go back to TB as soon as I'm healed from injuries
Anything that does soldier larping is a grift. TB, Strongfirst (pavel)...
>pavel
He gets a pass because his content is phenomenal.

Sounds like the gayest grifter shit ever
