It's bad. I've cut back from smoking every day and am certain it's the right move for health. The high you get from daily smoking isn't even that good so it works out.
i used to consciously condition my brain into doing anything i wanted back when i was 14.
Now I have to use positive punishment on myself like some IDIOT.
i remember drinking for a few days straight then smoking an heroic amount in a short space of time with a bucket. i ended up in the couch crying that i didnt want to die for an hour or two kek. the anxiety was intense as frick. it even beat the anxiety from too much amphetamines. glad im sober now

Smoking it is bad in any form. Edibles are the best way to go. Weed is the best workout supplement for me. I didn't start going to the gym consistently until I started weed
Most of the people that smoke it every day, claiming it's their "medicine" look like absolute shit, despite having smoked it since their teenage years. You'd think they'd be the healthiest people on earth with all the "medicine" they've had.

Imagine if people who enjoyed beer claimed it's medicine, lol.
I stopped smoking a couple months ago now I have way more motivation and I can spend all my money on Gunpla instead of weed. High recommend it but the first few weeks do suck.
I smoke everyday, morning, afternoon and night. And no, I won't defend it as something healthy to do and I won't make any effort to stop either. It's a cope mechanism to escape from my own problems and I'll do it until everything crumbles around me. I want it to happen.
I had this attitude too. My life only got better when I admitted to myself that is why I was doing it. It's when I started hitting the gym. More importantly, it's when I got redpilled and stopped simping for my wife. I picked up hobbies, started going out and doing things without her, learned to ignore her histrionics. And she started fricking me way more ever since I did that.
I got off weed recently, since I realized that I actually didn't have anywhere close to the problems that I used to have.
But I never would have gotten here if it hadn't been for heavy, continuous weed use. It's not a perfect drug, but it has its place. You need to know your own mind and what changes you want to make in your life, to know if weed is right for you. It used to be right for me, now psychedelics are right for me. I'm sure it'll be something else a year from now.
It's bad for your spirit because it's sinful.

Moderation. If you have self-control, then it’s fine. I prefer edibles because I don’t like smoking.

yup, everyone I know from high school with this attitude is either fat or emaciated, and they're all losers.

>is it good?
no obviously not
>is it bad?
probably not too harmful in moderation
probably net bad even if there might be some benefits. just do it infrequently if you are going to
