I'm in good shape and do alot of labor outside. My grandfather ate this sort of thing frequently and lived to be a healthy 96. I like to have a big breakfast about once a week though. Most mornings all I have is a cup of coffee.

For me personally, it’s too high calorie and fat because I train shortly after breakfast so I need something light. Lunch is my big meal. I would assume you have a lighter lunch and either work out before breakfast or nearer the end of the day.
