Is the bmi chart right for lifters? I'm 6'2 and it says i'm not supposed to weigh more than 194. Seems too little for someone that tall.

Ok, but that's my lean mass only bmi.
I don't think it's feasible to cut down to that weight.

Thank frick I'm not South East Asian. Also a good argument against racemixing, I don't want my kids to have to deal with the increased heart disease and diabetes risk

        >What does smoking have to do with BMI?

Smokers REALLY frick up the charts, so they are pulled aside... they die before the effects of weight kill them, so the charts get all fricked up... that is what smoking has to do with BMI

Men can be significantly heavier than women without being overweight, even at the same height.

      >Give me a chart with none meme numbers (metric)

As a Statistician... this IS the easy to follow chart.
The problem is that they are lazy as frick so group all humans as 'identical' but when you drill in you see the differences by sex and then by 'race' (Politically correct called 'Ethnic Background')

Basically White males can handle being fat, but South Asians need to be thin.

Statistics should be MANDATORY in Highschool

BMI gets thrown off by increased muscle mass, but unless you look like an NFL linebacker it shouldn’t be in the obese range. people will have a 35 bmi and say, it’s because of muscle mass from going to the gym 3 times a week. To be in the obese range from muscle mass you need to be fricking big.
