That was two seperate reasons why they suck. Full of polyols, COMMA feels like it just moves through you etc. Excessive consumption of polyols acts like a laxative lol eat afew of these bars and you will get the shits...try it eat 4 to 6...you will have explosive diareaha
So I said these bars are trash because polyols are garbage and it feels like the bar just bulks your shit out. These bars are total garbage either way lmao might aswell just eat a real chocolate bar if you want a treat.
Grenade has decent macros but there has to be better bars out there. All the good ones seem to be in the USA. I watched Dr Mike's best protein bars review and I couldn't find anything he repped in the UK.

I cut out all processed foods except for protein bars, then became hugely addicted to protein bars. I spent hundreds of dollars on grenade bars and tried every flavor. I've finally cut them out and now eat only whole foods. But for anyone curious, here is my rating of the different flavors:
cookies and cream - very bad
dark chocolate raspberry - pretty good
cookie dough - ok
while chocolate cookie - not great
peanut nutter - don't remember
caramel chaos - not great
dark chocolate mint - bad
chocolate chip salted caramel - never had it
jaffa quake - ok
brithday cake - ok
white choclate salted peanut - really good
choc brownie - don't remember
oreo - really good
I could have broken my addiction sooner if not for oreo and white chocolate salted peanut.
I no longer beleive in tech foods as a solution to the nutrition/taste/weight tradeoff. They are too addictive and cause psychosis. The best example of this was Scott Murray, who got so addicted to processed tech foods that he preferred to cardio himself to death in order to afford 5000kcals of it per day without losing weight.

yes but by how much? I did the math and I would save 40-50cents by making them myself. its not like you eat several of them per day. they pretty much replaced my whey shake in the morning. I dont have to clean the shaker nor do I need to shake that shit for just 40-50cents. you Black folk act like you will save hundreds of € per month by doing them yourself.
