Your answer is wrong unless you want to die young >Nonsmokers who avoided sun exposure had a life expectancy similar to smokers in the highest sun exposure group, indicating that avoidance of sun exposure is a risk factor for death of a similar magnitude as smoking. Compared to the highest sun exposure group, life expectancy of avoiders of sun exposure was reduced by 0.6-2.1 years.

meaningless. you don't understand studies, confounds, study design, flaws in study design, analytical thinking, etc.
you are from some brown country and are brown, right?
hot tip using sunscreen is not "sun avoidance"
you were given the answer, thread is over. you are not intelligent enough to post links to studies you did not read, cannot comprehend, and do not have commensurate education to even approach seriously.
I'm white, so trust what I say, because I'm better than your people and smarter. I'm also more educated, and in particular I have an education that involves these topics.
>water >hydration
It's sodium and potassium that hydrate you. Last time I ran a marathon, I just carried a chunk of granite and licked on it. Geologykangs know why.
no, electrolyte balance combined with water is what hydrates you. if your electrolytes are sufficiently balanced already (like they usually are from diet) you benefit zero from electrolytes with water
you have a degree right?
everyone on this board sure wants to argue and you are always wrong about everything
you are a moron on a scale that is hard to comprehend. Of course is hydrating. Drink water for a month. Drink nothing for a month. Which month will you die. Water is 1 becuase it is the base of the scale that the others are compared to in that chart.
probably the biggest israeli lie ever. The sun is healthy if you live in a region that's appropriate to your skin color. Basically, if you're white stick to the green regions, if you're brown stick to the white regions and if you're black stick to the red regions.
just wear fricking clothes and you can go anywhere. I have no body hair so obviously im more adverse to colder regions but with specific clothing I can live year round in say florida or some shit
No. I look about 10 years under compared to my peers drink mostly coffee and still well below what the normal fluid intake is.
I credit my facial aging to mostly being a night person, occasional dry exfoliation with a towel, and massaging my face with a little coconut oil if I get anything that looks puffy or dry primarily around the sinus area and eye sockets.
no, it's staying out of the sun/using sunscreen. hydration has little to do with it
sun avoidance is as bad as smoking cigarettes it takes years of your life
sounds like some random brazilian moron shit to say. i gave you the answer, it isn't in question. there is no such idea as "sun avoidance"

Bullshit

>Women with active sun exposure habits
So mentally ill people who go out of their way to avoid the sun? Not relevant.
>people who go out of their way to avoid the sun
yeah of course fricking moron
what else do you understand "sun avoidance" to mean?
>water
>hydration

>It's sodium and potassium that hydrate you
uhh, no, you're confusing electrolytes with hydration..totally different concepts
people say the dumbest shit on IST, nonstop, and younger people are outright dumber than rocks, i can't help but notice.
electrolyes combined with water is what actually hydrates you
if you only drink water that might even mildly dehydrate you if you drink a lot because you'll dilute your electrolytes
no, electrolyte balance combined with water is what hydrates you. if your electrolytes are sufficiently balanced already (like they usually are from diet) you benefit zero from electrolytes with water
you have a degree right?

like I said: water will throw off your electrolyte balance hence why you need to consume electrolytes.
water is neither hydratory nor dehadratory

moron just wear a shirt and pants its not hard, thats the entire schtick of say Texass
>you can't get skin cancer on your face or arms

crab in the bucket shoo shoo go back
water is bad for you
I drink tomato juice, milk and kefir. Plain Water only with some potassium or magnesium added to it. Lots of tea.
Water always seemed to dehydrate me.
