i don't get Manlets, just find a woman who is smaller than you, there are Freaks of Nature out there.
most women go by a "taller than me in heels" metric which appears to be roughly the difference between the average height of men and average height of women.
this would be 4.5 inches in my country.
it's not that hard to find 5'0 white women so in theory it's pretty feasible to find a woman as a 5'4.5 man.
the problem is you might have to get that 5'0 woman before she is fricked by a dozen 6'0+ men and makes that non-negotiable in future boyfriends.
It might just be because that's what I like, but I've found as a 5'8 guy in Australia that I seem to do much better with girls around around my height than <5'3 girls. It does seem like once a girl is a certain level of short that she values tall men more than average height women do, perhaps because she has a stronger need to feel protected or that as a couple her and her boyfriend aren't collectively off the bad side of the bell curve heightwise
in my experience the shortest women are the ones who are most height-obsessed.

If I was a severe manlet I would just get very lean, healthy and be a full hedonist. I would not have children or suffer so much. Not in that I would support anything in the current system or anything that destroys families, just take a more Epicurean approach to life.
Being a gymcel is pure misery no matter your frame. Chads don't do it, successful athletes don't do it. No one who knows how to live a good life makes themselves suffer in this way, eating pufa bird and broccoli and strange grains from the east daily. Paying money without irony to lift a bunch of heavy shit in a dark room for no reason other than some extra meat on my frame. That is a truly terrible life.
Why try to cure it when you can embrace it? Grow a long beard. Get a mining job. Learn to smith. Brew your own ale. Wear a finely made steel helmet at all times.
