nope, it's a perfect food and easy to make
Simple as.
Yea it's mexislop and beans make you fart
traditional mexican chili doesn't use beans.
Then it's not chili. Beans are a required part of the dish, otherwise it's not chili.
It's called chili con carne. No beans are invited, just like the USA.
>It's called chili con carne
>chili with meat
>as opposed to chili without meat
THANK YOU
The spanish are moronic what do you want me to say?
New Englander here. Is the extreme chili autism thing a meme or are southerners really that anal about what is and is not chili? It's like the console wars of the culinary world
and they're more obnoxious than vegans
New Yorker living in the south here. Chili autism gets stronger the closer you get to Texas. The closer you get to the east coast the less people care
actual texan here and idgaf if you have beans in your chili. idk what people act so moronic about it. put whatever you want in it, as long as no californian touches it.
>real talk tho, a can of stout, bar of heavy cacao chocolate, and smoked paprika
You have normal autism though and not chili autism
>Eddie Hall Spotted.jpg
I want to believe.
>I don't care but about this, but let me tell you about how much I hate Californians
Deeply, profoundly based
California delenda est.
As a Californian, if I could press a button and make every person in and from this state disappear from existence, including myself and a lot of people I know and love, I’d happily take that sacrifice knowing the world would be a better place.
Vro, wait, I'm also from California....please.....don't......
can you wait to press the button? i got an interview tomorrow and id rather not die if it goes well
in my experience, chili autism exists all across america regardless of geographic region or politics.
granted I haven't lived in the southwest but I can't imagine they're the ones of all people who are ambivalent about chili and chili semantics.
Yes, but they're all wrong, too. The "chili is a spicy beef stew" thing is not Mexican at all, it's white Texans, and ground beef with beans is a less expensive Chicano variant. So it's originally an English beef stew with peppers found in Texas, then illegals found a way to make it cheap, and it is in no way Mexican food.
What is true mexican chili?
Idk but if you look up "bowl of red" online you get pictures of chili with rump roast like stew. But I've never seen it like that where I live.
Probably pork or beef with nopales cooked in a guajillo pepper sauce with a side of rice/beans
Spicy hot compared to the american version
I shitpost about beans just to rile everyone up
In Texas we call Chili without beans "a bowl of red."
No we fricking don't
t. Texan.
Chili isn't Mexican food.
Goes great washed down with milk.
Tell me something that dorsn't go great washed down with milk
I wouldnt recommend excrement and sperm
are you one of those morons that makes a "hurr durr taco bell gives me DIARRHEA" jokes all the time?
if you eat a normal diet with fibrous vegetables, you shouldn't be ripping disgusting farts
I hate you, btw
Amerifat detected. You fatties don't eat fiber. This is why any food high fibers make you rip a fart which can be classified as a WMD.
that makes no sense, american diet is literally only fiber though?
>literally
>though
>american diet is literally only sugar though
ftfy
filtered. a weak digestive system from a lifetime of Goy slop will do that to you.
This
Anything that makes you fart isnt healthy for you
Shit there goes oxygen
recipe?
>put some olive oil in pot on low-medium heat
>add a chopped whole onion and a few cloves of garlic
>chop up a couple bell peppers and jalapenos while periodically stirring onions and garlic
>add diced peppers and 1-2lbs of ground beef (I do 2 every time since getting a new job and higher food budget)
>turn up heat to medium-high
>break up beef and stir until browned
>add 1 cup of water or stock
>add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, 2 drained cans of beans (I use pinto and kidney but any should be fine)
>add bullion cube, chili powder, salt, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, to taste
>protip: add more than you think you should, and experiment, this will make you more confident in your ability to flavor food
>crank up heat and bring to a steady boil
>reduce heat to a simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring periodically
>enjoy
Great recipe.
>tomato sauce
use tomato paste, add right after onions
>bullion cube
do not use this
you have a kilo of meat, half a kilo of vegetables and decent amount of spices already
whats wrong with bullion cubes
>>add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, 2 drained cans of beans (I use pinto and kidney but any should be fine)
Huh. Aren's canned beans already cooked? 30 minutes of boiling should turn them into a paste then?
frick that looks good gotta start cooking dishes beyond le fitbros meals
You won't like the truth
Saturated fat is not completely harmless
Make with shrimp or chicken breast
I've eaten chili for lunch 5/7 days a week for over a year. AMA
How sloppy are those braps?
Wet as october
Answer. The. Question.
hows ur apoB
ApoA is thrombogenic, not apoB. Here's a redpill: the lipoprotein found in atherosclerotic plaques is not LDL, it's Lp(a). Bet Dr. Goldberg didn't mention that during his lecture on the benefits of stations, huh?
*statins, frick autocorrect
>muh statins
lifestyle as a first-line treatment, ideally preventative
>ApoA is thrombogenic, not apoB
citation?
>the lipoprotein found in atherosclerotic plaques is not LDL, it's Lp(a)
ditto
>Here's a redpill
cuck
It is the secret to my gains anon
>It's called chili con carne. No beans are invited, just like the USA.
None. Especially if you don't add a ton of fats. Unironically cannot think of a downside if you balance the bean ratio well for your macro percentages.
>more carbs
Add beans
>more protein
Add beef
>more fats
Add cheese
Legit lifting slop.
> carbs
For me, it's white chicken chili
Brapping all night like a shotgun
it's not eggs
Without beans, chili is just a moronic bolognese sauce.
It requires beans. Simple as.
I also put raw onion, avocado, and plain greek yogurt as toppings when I enjoy a bowl of sloppa.
To OP, the beans do indeed make you rip more ass, or shit wetter overall, that's the downside.
seed oil slop
No sneed oils in it whatsoever, moron.
sure buddy
>beef
>beans
>tomatoes
>peppers
>onions
>garlic
>spices
Find the sneed oils. There are none.
>inb4 premade sloppa
Why is seed oil le bad?
What tard makes it from vegetable oils? You have to brown the meats anyways, just use the ground beefs own fat
Taco soup is better
Just had to research to confirm, but holy crap this does sound utterly and entirely based. Beans, tomatoes, vegetables, spices and beef. Lot of protien and nutrients. I’m definitely gonna make some homemade chili, top it off with Greek yogurt (in place of sour cream, they taste pretty similar only healthier and extra protien) and low skim mozzarella.
It's great meal prep too. Cook a big batch and eat for a few days.
>called chili
>it’s actually sweet
Beans really are the superior food, aren't they?
I make my chili without beans. Sounds weird but having no gas is worth it.
>beef
>diced tomatoes
>corn
>okra
>seasoning
EZPZ
If any normal food makes you fart excessively, you need vary your diet more and increase your fiber intake
It is red meat which has saturated fat and shuts down autophagy
these homies eating beans
Thanks for the reminder, I just made 3.8L of chilli instead of working this morning.
Remove the meat and add more fibrous beans if you want to reach superior 3ftx3ft fighting beanboi mode
It looks like an actual bowl of shit. That's the downside. It's like someone decided to make the most scatological looking food possible. Probably part of some elaborate humiliation ritual for the cattle. You think the elites eat chili? Or nutella? No, they just want to see you eat foods like this. The shit eaters.
All food is scatological because all food turns to shit. What now?
>s there a downside to this food?
fatty red meat causes heart disease
Do you guys just eat this alone or with bread or something? I ate it with rice and it was disgusting
its supposed to be hearty enough to be eaten on its own. cube up some potatoes and throw em in if you need to hit macros or something
carbs that go well with chili are cornbread and saltine crackers
while i'd do add potatoes if I had to get rid of some before they go bad, they don't really belong in chili
Can you share a recipe then? I never cooked anything more complex than fried eggs.
you guys know your gut gets used to eating beans and you won't be farting all the time
Chili is goyslop and you hispanic white nationalists aren't supposed to eat goyslop because you're super redpilled
I used to eat it a lot, but I (my skin) starts to smell a bit funny. Anyone else have had this? Its only from chilli that I've had this...
No, it is literally the perfect meal. If I had to OMAD every day of my life it would be this.
You eat an entire pot of it and then don't have leftovers despite making a shit ton of it.
It’s made with beef (red meat) so it’s pretty high in (saturated) fat and cholesterol and not that high in protein
I do like chili con carne/Colorado
>red chili
other than making you shit your brains out the next morning, it's perfect.
the only downside is your farts but who really cares about that
it is quality food
Some tips:
>put a bar of really dark (>80% cocoa) chocolate in there
>a shot of brandy or some dark stout type beer to help blend flavors
>mix your smoky (chipotle, ghost pepper) chilis ith your bright citrusy (habanero. scotch bonnet) chilis for contrast, but use serranos or jalepenos as your base
>venison or bison do better than beef, believe it or not
>get the coarsest grind meat you can, idk why but it just works
>cumin, rosemary, sage, thyme are good herbs to add. If nothing else, just cumin
good old stew is the mans best friend
>Downsides
Looks like it's lacking rice and matchstick carrots and i'll bet the chef doesn't even know about lime juice in chili.
no. It's the ultimate gains food.
Smoke a brisket and dice up the leftovers for a kickass chili
>meat
Goyslop
>vegetables
Goyslop
>Beans
Goyslop
what are the benefits of using a mix of pork and beef mince instead of just beef?
I'm going to try that out with 2:1 beef to pork this weekend.
nothing comes close
I like to add rice or potatoes
you can change out the beans
add veggies and spices
never gets old
done in 10 minutes
easy to ration and reheat
