The first thing is stop thinking like that, in that way you just will end like

Don't call it diet (or don't associate diet with a short-medium period of time where you "eat healthy" to lose weight), in reality is a life style change, where you learn how to eat, hit your macros and micros and improve your health and quality of life substantially

A balanced and nutrient rich diet that's high in protein and fiber. Eat only when you're hungry, not when you have a craving, don't eat a lot of sugar and don't drink carbonated drinks between meals

16:8 fasting goes a long way because once you get your eat window you want to eat filling food instead of fast food and junk that you just get hungry from 30 min later. Then you just have to eat what you like but slightly less of it and if you get hungrier try to eat something that’s good for you at least, like carrots or something, some caloric surplus is okay as long as it’s not trash food.

You gotta strike a balance where you’re enjoying what you’re eating while it not being too unhealthy but also not too healthy, and eating less but not too much less. From experience eating strictly healthy will make yourself reward yourself for diet with ever more frequent “treats” especially when you’re hungry as frick during one of the fasts.

Post booba, but also literally just eat less. High protein will keep you satiated and feeling full, and will help retain any muscle mass. Try OMAD or IF to manage hunger, but in general just come to peace with being hungry and get used to it. If you want to loose weight fast, calculate your TDEE and eat 1000 less then that. Don't cut any harder than that or you'll have a lot of loose skin.

Two steaks, six eggs, and as many fibrous veg as you want per day washed down with 2L water.

But like with any diet you have to do it the rest of your life bro.

Intermittent fasting works for a lot of people, but it's essentially just skipping breakfast. Drink 1/2 to 1 gallon of water a day, black coffee, gum, high protein, etc are just general things you should consider when dieting.

Chicken, rice and broccoli - one meal a day. Work out how much you would have to make for a 1000 calorie meal. Do it for a month and behold the results.

There is no way to lose weight fast

You can lose 1-2 lbs a week and feel great while the pounds come off over time

Or you can starve yourself and lose 3-4 lbs a week and spend months feeling miserable

Even with the fast approach it still takes a lot of time. It feels like it's a lot longer because you are always suffering and hungry.

Do a very mild caloric restriction, like, 100kcal below your base level which is extremely doable without sacrifices. Make most of your meals have a high amount of protein. Try not to eat 3 hours before bedtime. Lastly you can walk, yes walk, as a way of doing cardio. It will be slow but in 6 months you're going to be lean and with 0 effort plus no risk of bounce back to your previous weight. The only downside is the time it will take and the discipline to be consistent, but it's a bulletproof plan.

Now if you want to add actual cardio and weight lifting your progress will be achieved faster, but that is up to you.

My girlfriend needed to lose weight, and was trying to fast but kept cheating because snacks was easy to get (she kept going for chips and gummy bears). So I told her that if she wanted to eat something while fasting, she could only eat my semen.

She actually went through with it for a whole week.

Eat so much vegetables that you feel too full to eat anything else. Just absolutely gorge yourself on carrots, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, and so on.
Add in some lean protein like chicken breast once you start experiencing simultaneous hunger and fullness.
Make sure you only ever go grocery shopping shortly after you've eaten, so that your willpower is at is maximum.

Eat so much sugar that your metabolism burns with the heat of a thousand suns. This is the only way to stay lean forever
