You need to get on TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) and get your T up to a normal male level so you can build some muscle and lean out. Having higher T will also give you more energy and drive making this all easier.
3. Get a gym membership and hire a personal trainer. You need someone to show you the ropes and get you up to speed. You need to lift weights regularly.
4. Walk.
5. Fix your diet. At your size anything will work. OMAD, intermittent fasting, calorie counting, keto, you name it. The easiest way to not gain weight is to only eat whole foods I.e. fruit, vegetables, meat and dairy.

- your ratio of macronutrients is key. That is, protein, carbs, and fat. If you want to lose weight you need to go high protein no matter what. For someone of your weight at least 30-40% of your calories in a day should be from protein. Please understand this means calories from _protein_. A steak might have 500 cals, but depending on the cut only 300 cals of that might be from protein. If a grams-of-protein goal would be more helpful aim for about 1.5g/kg body weight. If you're on a caloric deficit it's even more important to get high protein. It will keep you from feeling mentally and physically like shit too.
- as others have said, fasting is great. At the very least intermittent fasting should start right away. Make sure everything you eat is within a 4 or 6 or 8 hour window. 8 is very easy but still has a good effect. I'm fit but I still only eat between 10am and 6pm, eating 2 meals and a snack per day. Find what works for you. Since you're quite fat you can try full-day fasts but don't just jump into memes like rolling-48s. Try just not eating Sundays. If you do this make sure to get your electrolytes (bit of salts in water. I just use a tsp of half salt in my water bottle, it has potassium and sodium salts and my multivitamin has the magnesium).
- If you really want to min/max, recognize you've been eating poison your whole life and start on something like the whole-30 diet. It excludes most food types and you're left with only good food that is easy to digest. After staying on it for a while (a month at least) you can slowly re-introduce other food types to see what your body agrees with.
