    your bones are as wide as they are. you can make the muscles bigger, but the shoulders are notoriously difficult to build, and it's trivially easy to tell the difference between a muscular framelet and a naturally broad dude. pick your path.

    I'm post-fridgemode.

    Truth is, it's a long and hard fight brother. 7 years natty lifting and the last, final cut to 78kg shredded and I can see 8ve done it. It's all late and delts, ALL LATS AND DELTS, big neck softens the blow, db shrugs helped with that for me get mad neck pumps doing those bad boys.

    As with all lifting my friend, time and effort, but it is possible.

    Imagine having the body on the right and you can never buy a normal shirt ever again. You can also never sleep on your sides or fit through a human sized doorway. You're basically an obese person, but less healthy.

    Luckily as with all fitness, its about how theyre perceived, do lateral raises, get your lats big and stay low bf and youre gonna look broad regardless of whether youre actually broad.

    lift weights and target lats + shoulders as much as possible to look wide. if you have shit posture, fixing it could also make you look wider. nothing else you can do.

    avoid any exercise that increases your traps.
    traps are visually unappealing and make even broad shoulders look sloped.
    >no traps
    >big lats
    >big shoulders
    unfortunately most shoulder exercises also train traps.
    do pullups and bicep curls.

        great progress but your proportions were more aesthetic before. the shoulders didn't really broaden, the lats stayed the same size while the obliques filled in. anyway i dont think a woman would care but not as appealing imo

              well the whole point was that a small difference of flexing makes a huge difference on presentation. I honestly don't even know what caused it, but the difference on the abs/waist looks big enough to think it's photoshop
              its just moronic that such a huge visual difference is possible by randomly flexing slightly different.

                who knows, again the point is that it should be that a physique speaks for itself
                yet cameras, lighting, flexing and positioning of body parts plays such a huge part in how something looks.

    I think its just a lot of getting the proportions right bigger shoulders and try to slim your waist and it looks bigger by forced perspective

    Rowing made the biggest difference for me. Having a sick frame and broad shoulders comes from working on the back.
