Is there any way to build big forearms if I don't enjoy forearm isolation?

Is there any way to build big forearms if I don't enjoy forearm isolation? Is my only other option to deadlift and row a lot of weight?

I bought a rubber katana and wazikashi after seeing this. Been using it to warm up & stretch my shoulders. Good on the wrists, too. Ngl, it's kinda fun but I look like a weeb.

          >They had a fair amount of weight for my purpose.
          >Wouldn't be some p.o.s. metal that'd rust or break.
          >Were really cheap on amazon.
The katakana was cold steel brand for $12 and the wazikashi was some other brand for $7.50. Even better, they sent me 3 wazikashis. Although, I have zero use for them.
Want to give to neighbor kids but know they'll hurt eachother.
I'm using em in my front driveway at the moment and live on a corner lot. Just feels incredibly autistic being seen playing with fake swords at my age. I'll get over it as I figure out how to incorporate them.

If you have big wrists you will have naturally big forearms.

If you have small wrists you will have small forearms no matter what but can get a better ratio than big wristed people.

If you have the genes for it, you'll get simply from DL, pull ups, rows, etc. If not, you have to isolate it.

    Long distance farmers carries.
Grab a KB that is 10% of your bodyweight and walk a mile.
This will greatly improve grip strength along with indirect forearm work.

I use a rubber mallet and hammer my bed for 100 reps each arm, then do pronation-supination twists for 75 reps each arm and end with radial deviation lifts with the fist pointing up for 50 reps. Been slowly increasing the reps and my wrists feel bulletproof. not to mention the pump is nice and I can see more growth.
