Is there any way to kill my appetite (without using stims)

Already Heard These A Million Times Don't Post Them:
>High Protein (eat 180g)
>Drink Water (2 gallons a day, spaced out between 4-8 hours in between feeding windows
>Eat Spaced out (same as above, 4 feeding windows 4 hours apart
>Caffeine (already using ECA stack, doesn't really do much)
>High fiber/veggies/fruits (still eat upwards of 5 pounds in one sitting if I feel like it)
>Switch to high volume (same as above, already do)

I can try eating even SLOWER, but there's really not much food to span 30 minutes, I usually can finish my food in less than 2 minutes though so I'll just replace eating with mindlessly scrolling like a retard or something idfk man

      Yeah but when all I think about is food all day even when I'm not hungry it's pretty annoying, I've had a forearm cramp for like a day or 2 now that is making it so I can't grab equipment but it's not the worst thing either, but I think about it all day and it's annoying

      I just want to hate eating like some weird ass skellies do. Absolutely despise it, i don't think I'll ever reach nirvana though bros

        change what food means to you . I dont know what your relationship with food is, but make the opposite of it become true. if you eat for pleasure then you are fucked because you are a drug addict and now only cocaine can save you (you will die anyway but you wont want any food at least).

          Yeah I just like eating bro. It literally saved my life as a kid. Not that I eat emotionally anymore, I just like to eat.

          I grew up obese, 180 in 2nd grade, 360 in 6th, 465 in 10th and decided to lose weight at 17, 19 now and 235, I was 202, but I was like ha ha I'll lose it anyways and binged it back because it tasted good. My mom has literally said she doesn't care what I eat, I've told her multiple times if I do this shit again to stop me, no word. Not that it's her fault, but yeah would be some help would be nice. They are also obese, and have medical issues from it. They just smoke weed eat and watch T.V all day.

          I don't want to live like that bros. I want to be in good shape, (Atleast what I can be from loose skin), make decent money, I have a lot of business prospect ideas and love to edit videos and would like to attempt them, but just incase shit goes south I am going for CS so I can be a le wfh 6 figure retard. I'll probably kill myself from self doubt and unfulfillment but i don't care

            good, then I will post something I erased from my previous one: eat better stuff. even better: lift, change your life, and justify always eating awesome food. I got the part that you dont eat goyslop. great. but how about you make food something really special for you? for example, my cheat meal is sushi. I usually order some kind of fried sushi as well when I eat it. long story short, you have a problem with delayed gratification, so make the reward really great to see if you can control yourself better, to make you look to the future instead of the present.               Like I said I've lost a fair bit of weight and have to lose more, my goal weight is 180, you may be able to geuss why. I really think I'll cap out at 195 though, I am pretty meaty around my thighs and legs to be quite honest, but at 5'8 195 is still pretty large.
              This is cut 3/3, I think for the entirety of 2/3, I would tell everyone I knew if I had to stop this cut (i'd just say diet but whatever) I was fucked, I was done, there's no way I can pull out of it again, and I said that because starting 2/3 was the most miserable shit I've had to do yet. Low and behold guess what is worse than 2/3 huh? I'm so angry that I had to stop 2/3, I was eating about <30g of fat a day if that, and began to mentally and physically decline, all the bad shit. It took me a month before stopping becasue I was so devoted to keep pushing to 180 because all I had to do was make it through May-October, I was so close, and going to maintain that month off I woulda just been starving anyways, so that's a month wasted. But alas I HAD to quit, I was basically forced. Now I'm here, not "depressed" but probably more demotivated at my current position.

              I always grab my loose skin moobs, my "little" tummy pouch, or force a double chin to see that I'm still fat.

                I just fucking hate the feeling of "Not being stuffed" I think, rather than being "hungry" I think that's my real issue. I remember one day my mom asked am I hungry and I said "I haven't been satisfied in months" I remember directly that day, I was so absolutley demoralized by everything and drank a gallon of Mio water just to fight the hunger pangs. I just need to get the ball rolling again is all.

                But the feeling of gording myself like a fat fuck will always be a treat till I die, unfortunately.

                Like you said about the sushi, every thursday I would bring home 2 pounds of boneless wings from school and watch a 25 minute youtube video, I'd finish in like 13, but I;'d watch it all. then before I quit the bullshit, I worked up to roughly a 5k domino's order 3 days a week, and that was just lunch. It was never the food, obviously I chose that because it tasted good, but I was purposely eat it and throw the boxes away before I felt sick so I could vegetate in my chair for hours

          I'm a sperg and have little to no time out of my head, all I do is think, I just typed out an essay online to people asking how to kill my stomachs regulation. The only thing that takes my mind off shit is sleep and music/content creation, but that only lasts for so long (like 30 minutes) even exercise doesn't help

        I managed to switch from "fatass who loves food" mode to "skelly who hates food" mode by working in a disgusting stressful kitchen for a few months. By the time I had enough and quit I fucking hated food with a passion. It got bad enough that it became unhealthy.

It's just easy to eat massive quantities of food in literal seconds, and why would I waste my time eating for 30 minutes. When I was younger we had 10 minutes for lunch, and all minutes spent not eating was recess time, so guess why I ate so fast?

      I'm tempted to sit outside by my pond and just eat for like 30 minutes, literally set a timer and don't look at it, from bite one I can't eat the last bite until it goes off. I usually take 2 chews to swallow, so an 8 oz chicken breast takes less than a minute to eat.

        No make the actual act of eating longer not the paused between bites. Chew at least 20 times. If you can do it I’d recommend doin a 10 day fast to feel what it’s like.

    You're hungry all the time because you are poorly nourished. You need to be on a whole foods diet for a while. I don't know what you're missing, but stop eating processed foods and your appetite will drop and you'll lose weight

      Only processed food I eat is 1 tub of Breyer's, Ice cream the rest is legit all whole foods with few exceptions

      I can deal with hunger, I have done 3 day long fasts, I've lost weight, I'm seeing if there is any other way that I might be missing to suppresse appetite and overall hunger. It appears I missed some, I appear to be eating to much to quickly, and this may be the root cause of over eating, also possibly a nutrient or calorie deficiency. Ever considered reading the thread instead of coming and just posting or naw?

        I haven't read thread and about to sleep, but wanted to tell you that the body adjusts it's hunger to match your history. Like how night shift people get sleepy at day. You don't want to eat often, as that means hungry often. One or two meals a day. But if you're fat then just fast for 3 days twice a week.

          I'm tempted to attempt to fast for like a week or 2 just to see if it really helps. I've done 3 day, but after 15 months of gyming (while in my deficit of course) I'm scared of "gains" being lost, but what does that matter if I'm a fat fuck huh.

          This is also why I eat 4 times 4 hours apart, I feel it is spaced out enough to be fine, but I think I said it in this thread didn't scroll up, after about 2 hours I get hungry again no matter what I eat typically, then I'll fall off and just eat. It's probably at a point where it isnt even 4 hours anymore to be honest.

        Why the fuck do you keep stopping at 3 days? That’s literally the dumbest fucking way to fast. You hit peak gluconeogenisis then refeed ensuring the most amount of muscle loss possible? It’s also around the time cravings peak. By the fourth day on you should feel zero hunger. If you still have cravings, it’s entirely mental. You can’t blame your body, it accepted that it won’t eat. You haven’t though you fat shit, you need to fix your relationship with food.

          I do it on days I work, but then on day 4 I'm off and is my workout day, so I just figured that I should eat because I get a meal in before my workout and post workout is all, didn't even know it was bad. I don't even get hungry past the first day anyways, from like 350-290 I did 1800cal 18-6 IF and 1 day full fast but my heart rate got really high so I had to stop, I figured the lower I got the less I should be fasting.

          Aren't cravings entirely mental anyways? Why on earth would my body want a cheeseburger? Maybe the salt and fats associated, but not the burger. Most of this shit is probably all mental anyways, which is what I'm trying to figure out. I literally just eat food like I said, most of the time I eat it doesn't even have a taste aside from the standard: sweet, salty. It all tastes the same, I just eat a lot of it. Which, was the point of the thread.

          I could probably do a 7-14 day fast, hopefully I don't pass out or anything but I'd just be a retard if I did, I don't know how the fuck I can workout during it though, I usually get sweaty and lightheaded as is because I go hard as fuck and superset stuff, 0 way my performance wouldn't suffer.

          Fixing my relationship with food is what I am trying to do. And attempting to do it without just taking the fattest L in my life and going to some shitty doctor or therapist to see what the fucks wrong with me and just tell me 20 things I already know before giving up on me is the plan.

            So you’re stopping to get in your one or two workouts a week?? You’re doing far more harm than good. Someone who knows what the fuck they’re doing can gain MAYBE 2 pounds of muscle a month if they’re lucky and they’re on a surplus. Meanwhile around 30% of your weight loss will be muscle. It’s the principle of penny smart and dollar stupid. Whatever gain you think you can make are completely irrelevant in the face of what you lose during a cut. Hell, simply preserving muscle on a cut is already incredibly difficult (frauds need not apply). The starvation response begins by metabolizing muscle as ketogenesis has a chance to ramp up. The peak is literally at day 3. Either commit to fasting or just eat at a deficit or you’ll look like shit no matter how much weight you lose. Well, a third option is to eat on workout days but absolutely no carbs so you stay in ketosis. But you seem to have suggested eating at all will make you binge.

            Because you’ve never tasted long enough. I have literally trained for fights in complete starvation with almost zero problems. Ran 10 mile sometimes with zero issues. The only problem was in very high intensity stuff like sprint sets. But I seriously doubt you’re doing that kind of intensity.
