Forgot to mention, you can also take dulcolax the night before the weigh in so you shit out all the food still in your system. But for the love of god rehydrate as soon as the weigh in is done you'll be a desiccated corpse

I used to cut almost 40 lbs before fights with like 30 day notice this way.
Just drink some (White) powerade with glycerin and eat like 4 plates of spaghetti after weigh in and you’ll be gtg. Don’t listen to all the troony roid trannies here with their stupid fad diets if you’re an actual athlete.

Moderate cardio everyday. Diet should consist of high protein, moderate fats and very low carbs. Meat, leafy salads, yoghurt and cheese. No milk or sugar. Limit yourself to two meals day and no snacks. Keep hydrated. Do this for ten days.
Last four days no carbs at all, light workouts/cardio. Sauna and ice baths. Night before weigh ins no food or water.

Easy as frick. Even without a proper weight cut, it's just fast the day before the cut, get in some heavy clothes and get on an exercise bike in a hot room, you'll be done in less than an hour.
