You're not beyond redemption. Throw out all of your junk food (you know what that is) and stop drinking anything that isn't water. No more fast food, either. You'll have to start exercising. A simple goal to start with is to work up a sweat once a day. You can do that with a long walk at a brisk pace, joining a sports club, going for a swim. Whatever you can reasonably do consistently. Eventually you're going to want to start lifting weights but you can ease into it by just being more active every day. Go talk to the guys on /fat/. They'll get you sorted.

Is this a serious question? You can lose weight and you can build muscle. Of course you wont be satisfied with your body when you are obese.
You are still way too fat and almost certainly way too weak for you to quit.
You need to lose all that fat shit dripping off of you and you need to get to 1,2,3,4. Once you are that lean and that strong (and thats really not that strong - it just shows that youre healthy and you have a decent base of strnegth) we can see what you have to work with.
In 6 months of diet and traing you can lose all the fat you ened to and get at least 1/2 way to 1,2,3,4. The next 12 months should be spent eating well (lots of meat, plenty of veghtables) and progressing the basic barbell lifts in order to get to 1,2,3,4
