is there anything i can do to improve my jowls and stop them being so saggy? tired of looking like a genetic failure and hating my reflection every day

      not really. maybe very slightly skinnyfat but not noticeable anywhere except my chin. have been going to the gym for 3 months now to alleviate it but my jowls remain unchanged relative to the rest of my body.

        The two places that are most difficult to lose fat from are your gut and under your chin. Or so I remember hearing years ago. I do believe that's the case though. Only way to really fix it is to drop your bodyfat a bit more or just stop giving a fuck.

      You have an anterior slouch probably from sedentary lifestyle, thats why your jowls look like that. Correct it by lifting, especially focusing on back and upper body exercise.

        Google "hyoid suspension", "hyoid lift" or "hyoid cosmetic surgery". They do this procedure for both cosmetic and medical reasons (airway obstruction, sleep apnea etc.) I don't know how much it costs or how high the risk of things going terribly wrong is.
