Is there anyway to shrink Calves and legs?

Is there anyway to shrink Calves and legs?
I played soccer in Highschool, and got pretty big legs, especially calves However, my arms and upper body are still skinnyfat. I started doing upper body calisthenics and i have more mass now but still look goofy and bottom heavy.
inb4 i wish i had your problem, no you dont
inb4 just lift more to even it out, I dont want to look like a meathead, or like I lift at all

I basicly look like a t-rex with long sticks for arms

The only way to make your legs smaller is to be bedridden.

Running builds leg muscles. You're working your legs.
Runners all have tiny upper bodies but muscular legs.

Cherrypicked. Anyway, that happens if you starve yourself, but then you lose muscle everywhere and not just legs.

Only one with decently muscular legs. All the rest look brittle and atrophied

skip legs, run a lot for muscle atrophy, and must focus on building upper body mass

Running makes your whole body bigger if you lift you dumbfrick

I had the exact same issue when I started lifting. Massive calves and quads from years of soccer, but weak as hell upper body.
Just focus on beefing up your upper body so everything evens out.

7s not too unachievable if you have decent fat distrobution genetics at higher bf's
obviously some of the lines on the sides of the abs or pecs won't be there but more or less it will be roughly equivalent

Nah, you don't have to troony maxxx.
Just a diet devoid of protein so that your body prioritizes breaking down muscle for energy.

OP i would just like to let you know that a French chick fricked me BECAUSE i actually had huge legs and she said "i like how it looks different, usually guys have skinny legs but big arms". Keep in mind i work out my arms too but she bent over for me because of my leg gainz. Be careful what you wish for.
