The rock ist Not the Big wholesome Guy in this movie. He ist the big wholesome guy and incredibly stupid. But the movie is really entertaining. Also the real Story behind that flick more disturbing than the movie.
it's pretty moronic but great if you like that kind of humor, sorta Ted, GrownUps-like
said. It's light hearted, macho film. I liked it long before I took fitness seriously. The humor may not be your style but imo considering the few movies like that that we get I rate it above average. It's the kind of film that wouldn't be released today because of toxic masculinity and offensive humor
Walberg in an interview claimed that in two months He gained 18kg of muscles just with ipercaloric duet, protein shakes and obviously a lot of workout.
Why is Hollywood still so dishonest about blatant steroid use? It's obviously impossible naturally and even with gear you'd have to blast and cruise to a suicidal level.

Because I want some production value and don’t value the opinion of people who talk on their webcams in their room for a living speak

I thought it was pretty funny. Definitely leagues better than Michael Bay's typical horseshit.
I liked it. I'll probably watch it again in a bit.

Ignore the haters. It's a pretty good movie and by IST standards and overall
What's the premise of the film? I thought it's supposed to be some sort of thriller about fitness, roids and all the shady stuff around it.
Pretty much what
