      I know these threads are supposed to trigger manlets/losers but if you really want to get under their skin you need to tout your success. That really gets the crabs going

      For example, I'm 6ft, 220lbs and make well into the 6 figs while being under 30 years old. I'm 2/3/4/5 for reps (and I mean REP reps. I can bench 315 for 10, squat 405x6 and deadlift 495x8. OHP is lackin': 225x3). I have a kush wfh tech job, own a home and have a new frick buddy every 2-3 months. Every single trait I've listed off is a mutable characteristic (one you weren't born with and had to work for) besides my age/height - this only gives context to why my income and lifts are even more respectable.

      IST incels are so quick to list traits they were born with and will never brag about a trait they had to work for because, well, 99% of people here are absolute losers. And I mean bottom-of-the-barrel deadbeat brokie lazy homosexuals with shit personalities and live with their parents as adults. Nothing more. 1 exercise, 1 workout, 3 sets and it nets you 70% of what you can gain. Now how do you accurately research this? Thats why exercise and nutrition science is pseudoscience, but thats what the data heavily suggests.

    This is probably true. People spend way more time in the gym than they need to. If you superset, you can maintain a good physique with 30 mins a session, 3x a week. Maybe even twice a week.

    I just cane back after suffering mad injuries throughout my normal routine with a bar. Nerve issues in elbow, Wrist etc. Waited 2 months and sat down for a light bench to get back into it. Pain came back immediately within 3 reps. Now I'm using dumbbells for everything and having no issues at all, plus there's the benefit of improved balance and independence between arms. There's literally no reason to not take the dumbbell pill anon
