you could burn that in a month/two months if you put in the work and diet.

plus get all the other benefits like muscle, health, test boots, better skin stronger. two months isn't a long time.

plus you could save your self some money. use it to buy healthy vegetables and fruit. pay for a gym membership.

you will feel so much better after working for it than buying it out. doubt that would feel that good.

    you're not even fat dude.

If you’re not being sarcastic this is very motivating
Got told I was an obese dyel in cbt and to kms so this is very reassuring. 1-2 months to be skinnier is awesome
      Thank you, dude.

I admire you giving anon hope and optimism but don’t give him false hope by saying 1-3 months that just ridiculous.

Anon you absolutely can do it but don’t have an unrealistic timeframe. You’ll have to put in a lot of hard work and discipline and prepare to grind it out. Think of it as working towards being in the best shape of your life and it is ALWAYS better to be in great shape later in life than never at all.

what? eating little meat, and a shit tone of greens, sprinting and lifting weights everyday wont get you there in a month?

thing is, people gym 3 times a week and wonder why they don't lose weight.

Nta, but 3 months is a completely normal time to see real improvement. Sticking to a strict diet and getting daily exercise can work wonders over 90 days.

Never seek validation from IST. They're a bunch of homosexuals. Just a board full of crabs in a bucket.

I've seen dudes in very good shape post in /cbt/ and still get called DYEL. If you don't look like a powershitter, you're DYEL. If you look like a powershitter, you're a fat frick. There's no winning.

He’s fat and looks like he has a hormonal issue based on his fat deposition you’re just so American that a BMI under 45 doesn’t even register

        >fat
He’s “chubby” at most, just awful posture and bloated asf. 79kg isn’t terrible
        >muh hormone disorder
Huh? He’s just soft and atrophied as frick, lifting for a bit will sort him right out. Don’t put this shit in their brains

He has no body hair and the fat is focussed around his breasts and hips. He clearly has a hormonal imbalance and should get his t tested. I’m not being a prick or troll.

thing is, people gym 3 times a week and wonder why they don't lose weight.

One month is a ridiculous timeframe. I agree that people often focus on exercise and not nutrition but come on 4 weeks isn’t close to enough time even if he goes hardcore.

Isn’t storing fat in your stomach/hips a male trait? Thought women were more spread out.

was it actual weight or just water weight? i went from 69kg to 63 pretty fast but i believe most of it was water

            NTA but
I can guarantee that was mostly water weight.
Most people who lose that much weight that fast get it from cutting carbs hard.
The body needs water to hold onto carbs so if you cut the carbs all that extra water gets peed out.
It's why people think keto is magic.
They cut their carbs to zero so they lose a shit ton of water weight and think it's mostly fat.

When I cut I keep my carbs the same but cut a lot of fat.
My weight never fluctuates and I lose weight very steadily.

Jesus Christ mate, you look like shit. Dont make it worse and start NOW. Who cares if you will have loose skin or not, it doesn't matter, but I believe it will be alright, youre not a 400lbs fat frick.
It might take a while to fix this mess, but if you frick up and relapse it will take a lot more, probably forever, so do yourself a favor and be 100% consistent with your progress.
Seems like you have hormonal issues, not sure, but for now you will stop eating garbage and it will help you for sure.
Simply try hard and one day you will make it.
Trust me, I can bench 3pl8 at <12% bw.

try losing the weight while lifting + cardio, you just need to exercise and stop being sedentary. i think getting bloodwork done would be good too, its possible there is low T at play aswell. there are natural ways to help boost T aswell so dont just jump straight to TRT or smth like that till youv been improving yourself for a significant amount of time. unfortunately low T in men is much more common nowadays

You should do some Pilates (bodyweight pilates), and there are tons of free exercise videos on youtube.
It helps regulate your hormonal balance and it's actually very challenging despite what it might look like. It will improve your flexibility, your endurance, your balance, your core strength etc. and it calibrates the whole body very proportionally.
Also, aerobic exercise (exercise where you neither get really sweaty nor high heart rate nor find it difficult to breathe) is great for fat burning and regulating your hormonal balance despite what most people probably will tell you here. the key for fat burning is to stay aerobic and do a lot of exercise.
My recommendation is to do low weight, high rep aerobic exercises for long durations mixed in with meditation and relaxing tai chi like movement exercises.
Hydration, nutrition and proper rest and relaxation is very important for muscle recovery.
Electrolytes are important for proper hydration.
If you're sore it's better to take any number of days off for time to fully recover than to train(basic Mike Mentzer philosophy for muscular growth and recovery)

I don't think you will have loose skin no, especially not if you eat a proper balanced healthy diet.

It depends on your skin and how well it bounces back. I’ve seen bigger folks with no loose skin. I’ve seen some have loose skin. You probably won’t. You’re just not that fat. I mean you’re fat don’t get me wrong but not flappy skin everywhere fat.
