      I try to stick to 1200 to 1600 calories a day depending on how I'm feeling. My maintenance is 1900.

      I eat maybe about 100g of protein a day

      I hope you are short otherwise you might already be underweight.

      I'm 5'7. So I'm actually 24 BMI which is just below overweight
