Is this healthy?

My dad said I should do 100 pushups, 100 sit ups, 50 pull ups, and 50 dips a day and I'd look like a "Yung gunny god king" but I told him that's probably massive overload on those muscles.

I used to lift weights but have been out of the game for four months due to have to travel a ton. Would this be healthy to do?

some criminals go to prison and come back jacked. do you think they have fully equipped gyms there? that's all they do. if you don't have time, try it. if you're a beginner, just tone the reps down a bit. if you are well trained that's a mild exercise routine, shouldn't be too hard.

just split it into 4x25 and you'll be alright.

But is it dangerous? Is it possuble to overwork my muscles and destroy them by doing too much body weight exercises everyday?

at this point thinking too hard is dangerous for you.

Just space them out through the day, thats how convicts get jacked.

If you're overstraining your body from doing BW exercises, especially at the pretty low total goals your dad set, you're probably doing them wrong.

Utter BS. Prisoners turn into fat slobs, they're literally fed carbs and seed oils 24/7. Most prisons don't even have gyms now due to the equipment being misused.

There are large differences between types of seed oil

It depends on how much you weight and how young are you. If you're under 20 and normal weight you can do (well try to do) all these shit and you will be fine as long as you do some warm up. If you are overweight you should start slower and user bands to help you. Eventually you will be there. If you are older you just shouldn't overexert your muscles because the recovery will be much longer. Overall it's not dangerous at all and majority of kids in martial arts do this shit every second day

That’s not even a lot dude. You should quit being a b***h and just do it instead of listening to the obese morons on here.

      >martial arts
      This, I used to do;
      >200-500 push ups
      >100 pull ups
      >100 dips
      >1000 sit ups
      >100 jump squats
      >100 jump lunges
      >run 3 miles
Literally every morning when I was fighting mma, and that didn’t include any calisthenics done in the gym.

That's pretty easy to do. During covid when my gay gym shut down I was doing 250 pushup and 500 situps a day in my room.

    Daily:
    >100 pushups
    >100 sit ups
    >50 pullups
    >50 dips
this is just fine and probably better for both results and overall load on your body than 90% of what people do for fitness. If you can do each in a single set even better, this split is more or less the core of my current daily regiment, except i add in 3 miles a day running and i have to split the dips and pullups into 2 sets to get to 50. It's a mild baseline workout that you can do every day, I wouldn't worry about it.

Fellas, how does this high rep calisthenics stuff compare to heavy compound lifts?

Spamming basic lush ups with no variations is kinda pointless
Gitting gud at pull ups is very useful
