Decent advice. I personally just cut my 1mg tablets in half and take .5 mg a day because they're too small to easily quarter. Could do .5 EOD but frick it, no sides so far and it's been 4 months.
Yea off the top of my head, .25mg blocks about 65% of DHT and 1mg blocks about 75%, give or take.
I think a lot of people who get sides just jumped straight into 1 or 1.25 mg every day without testing the waters and then freaked out when they didn’t wake up with a boner one day.
