I'm after a month of my weight loss plan and I look like this. I lost 5 kg or 11 pounds. I have a much smaller waist then at the beginning which is great but I'm stuck on some stubborn fat. Should I move on to a clean bulk for the next month, gain some muscles and give myself a break, or continue with my weight loss but with a different approach until I look shredded?
Also according to a clearly imperfect body fat calculator I currently have 16,5%.
