    No just people's hydration fluctuates.

Its so fricking real. The whooosh is honestly the most satisfying thing about cutting.

Yes but no. I've seen my weight fluctuate by like 5+ lbs before when I'm eating the exact same thing in the exact same amounts everyday. It's a lot of things that add up, hydration level, have I peed or pooped recently, have I had a bunch of sodium lately, a bunch of fiber? Will look like I'm gaining weight when it's not physically feasible then one day I'm down 6 lbs and the only thing that changed was I didn't have that last glass of water before bed or I ate dinner a few hours earlier than normal. Focus on your weight trend, not the day by day numbers

It's very simplified but yeah . This is why consistency is so important to loose weight. Why healthy weight loss takes months not weeks

My experience with cutting is that at the beginning weight falls off like clockwork @ 0.2-0.3 lbs per day but after a few weeks it becomes sporadic with 0, 0, +0.5, -.3, then a big loss of something like 2-3 lbs between days. I don't know why

This seems to also be true with muscle building. I'll plateau for weeks and then suddenly gain size and strength.

What can I take to force my body to whoosh? More water sounds like it would only make my fat cells retain water.

Unironically, yes. This is why after the first months losing loads of weight you hit a stop for a while and you gotta grind a lot more to actually lose weight. It also explains why some days you look muscular as frick and other days you look fatter even at the same weight

No. You can tell a woman made it based on the colors and language used.
By default, anything a woman says is bullshit until lroven otherwise.

Yeah it's real, when I was trying to lose weight nothing would happen for most of a week then I'd lose a lot in a 48 hour period.

This is why you take the fastpill. No sitting around for weeks or months doing guesswork, wondering if maybe you lost 0.5lbs. Fast for a week, and you know, unequivocally, that you've lost a frickton of fat.

My weight will go up/down by 15 lbs a day, I stop following the scale. Just check it from time to time and analyze trends over time. Individual data points mean nothing.

      >15lbs a day
What the actual frick? My scale fluctuate between +/- 2lbs. I can't imagine how fat you are

I'm a different guy, but I'm 6' and I go from 160lbs in the morning post shit to about 174 at the end of the day. I do OMAD and drink about 120oz of water a day, so that definitely contributes to the fluctuation.

It could be. It does happen.
Or you could be fricking up on your diet/not moving enough.
