I had a mate from highschool who was built like this. After he stopped going to the gym he got completely obese in a couple weeks and now he's just a regular fatty who can lift heavy still. I don't really think this body is maintainable long term. Once you get injured, severly depressed, occupied with family, work etc. and with andropause hitting, you're basically guaranteed to become a fat person. All of the fit old guys i knew were athletic and lean their entire lives.
