This is just a list of all non-processed foods + seeds. This isn't a diet.

That said, (again sans sneeds), this is probably pretty good for you, because it avoids all the over-processed shit that you'll find in the standard American diet, without taking a strong stance on any extreme diets like Carnivore, Vegan, keto, etc.

If you eat a mix of what's on the chart, you'll likely be healthier than 99% of Americans.

You don't think there's a difference between whole-grain pasta, which has three ingredients, and oreos which have 37?

Also, I said the list included Sneed oils, which I don't agree with.

I didn't say you were wrong. My point was that most of the items on OPs list are not processed, and the ones that are have limited processing like peanut butter, which is literally just mashing peanuts and salt until they're spreadable (if you home make it, or buy pure peanut butter).

So, sneeds aside, most of the list is not particularly objectionable unless you shill for one of the more extreme diets.

Yukon, yellow, russet, fingerling, just off the top of my head. There's tons of different types of potatoes, but you can generally fit them into three groups based on their moisture/starch content (high moisture, high starch, and moderate amounts of each). The high starch ones are good for frying and baking, and the high moisture ones do better with boiling and roasting. Moderate types are good for stews and are decent with most other methods.
Technically, sweet potatoes and yams aren't potatoes, but they're similar enough that we lump them together when talking about cooking.

      Is this really true?

You can do slightly better by following the vertical diet (just download the PDF off libgen or something if you don't want to pay).

      >potato restrictions
      >peanut, canola, and sesame oil
      >seeds and most nuts except for almonds
      >nut butters
      I'd add:
      >other cuts of meat (basically anything not super fatty will do, though lean red meat is best)
      >bell peppers

It is absolutely the most important thing on the list. Also the most difficult and expensive.
I really want to just buy chest freezer and get a half cow or something, we have a handful of farms near me that do that type of stuff. But it's still like $12/lb minimum that way.

This is pretty much my entire diet, except
          >pasta/wraps/tortilla/pita/rye
I'm pretty sure this isn't good for you. I'd love to be proven wrong, but isn't all of that shit basically empty calories?

Grains have some nutritional value, but not a lot. They're just an energy source, for the most part.

Main course - raw steak, organs. Drink up with mineral water in glass bottle, or non-mineral water, or raw milk. Add butter, cheese for source of fat.

Just to add. Vegetables won’t do much for your body, except maybe some detox purposes if even.

Not even starting shit but I always thought fruits were much better for you than vegetables. With a lot of vegetables you have to cook toxins out and a lot of them have high oxalates opposed to fruit that are very nutrient dense and meant to be eaten and shit out in nature to grow more fruit? Also meat, fruit, raw dairy and honey have more then what you need
