no, potatoes are good for you, its pasta(bread) that is unhealthy
my potatoniga stomach cant handle that stuff, slimy shits and bloated stomach after a heavy pasta meal
You should experiment - after which you feel better, then eat that and vice versa
this looks like a cutting diet, no pasta or fat heavy meats. also frick you mean gender neutral reddit gay
literally just go to any fricking cal count site and figure out what number to hit
No one shills natural food Black person, it doesn't work like that. You would have to be a special kind of moron to think the milkfat feed to babies is bad for you but not the toxic waste that are sneed oils. If you understand on some level that breastmilk is better than formula then you'll understand where people are coming from, if it's not something you would feed your baby then maybe you shouldn't be eating it.
Because I said it is. Shrimple as that. 🙂 Plus, you can be sure that no israelite hands have tried to poison it and you know there's no added ingredients that they've deliberately hidden.
This is just a list of all non-processed foods + seeds. This isn't a diet.
That said, (again sans sneeds), this is probably pretty good for you, because it avoids all the over-processed shit that you'll find in the standard American diet, without taking a strong stance on any extreme diets like Carnivore, Vegan, keto, etc.
If you eat a mix of what's on the chart, you'll likely be healthier than 99% of Americans.
I didn't say you were wrong. My point was that most of the items on OPs list are not processed, and the ones that are have limited processing like peanut butter, which is literally just mashing peanuts and salt until they're spreadable (if you home make it, or buy pure peanut butter).
So, sneeds aside, most of the list is not particularly objectionable unless you shill for one of the more extreme diets.
Dog. You really think I have Oreos in my house? You think I bothered to Google how many ingredients are in Oreos? Jesus, I always forget how autistic you all are when I come back to IST
The point is, crushed grain (flour) + salt + water, is much less processed and artificial than whatever the frick is in average goyslop. This isn't hard to comprehend.
Yukon, yellow, russet, fingerling, just off the top of my head. There's tons of different types of potatoes, but you can generally fit them into three groups based on their moisture/starch content (high moisture, high starch, and moderate amounts of each). The high starch ones are good for frying and baking, and the high moisture ones do better with boiling and roasting. Moderate types are good for stews and are decent with most other methods.
Technically, sweet potatoes and yams aren't potatoes, but they're similar enough that we lump them together when talking about cooking.

Is this really true?
You can do slightly better by following the vertical diet (just download the PDF off libgen or something if you don't want to pay).
I'd remove: >potato restrictions >peanut, canola, and sesame oil >seeds and most nuts except for almonds >nut butters
I'd add: >other cuts of meat (basically anything not super fatty will do, though lean red meat is best) >bell peppers >try to make sure all food is grass fed / organic / pasture raised, and source from local farms when possible
>try to make sure all food is grass fed / organic / pasture raised, and source from local farms when possible
the most based diet advice itt the other stuff in that post is good but making sure you know your meat is the best advice
It is absolutely the most important thing on the list. Also the most difficult and expensive.
I really want to just buy chest freezer and get a half cow or something, we have a handful of farms near me that do that type of stuff. But it's still like $12/lb minimum that way.
This is pretty much my entire diet, except >pasta/wraps/tortilla/pita/rye
I'm pretty sure this isn't good for you. I'd love to be proven wrong, but isn't all of that shit basically empty calories?
Grains have some nutritional value, but not a lot. They're just an energy source, for the most part.
not particularly nutritious but some rice and fruit are fine for most people. its the goyslop carbs that are the problem. but if you are already diabetic rice and fruit are probably not a good idea
mostly good. too much leafy greens and nut butters and beans. eat more animal fats and fatty meat instead. skip the seed oils and use olive oil and butter instead
This is pretty much my entire diet, except >pasta/wraps/tortilla/pita/rye
I'm pretty sure this isn't good for you. I'd love to be proven wrong, but isn't all of that shit basically empty calories?
Main course - raw steak, organs. Drink up with mineral water in glass bottle, or non-mineral water, or raw milk. Add butter, cheese for source of fat.
Dessert - nuts, fruits, berries, …
If you feel like it - vegetables
Just to add. Vegetables won’t do much for your body, except maybe some detox purposes if even.
Just had 2 raw steaks and feel too hot so I need to open my window. Mind you, it is quite cold outside.
I would feel pretty cold if I were a vegan..
Not even starting shit but I always thought fruits were much better for you than vegetables. With a lot of vegetables you have to cook toxins out and a lot of them have high oxalates opposed to fruit that are very nutrient dense and meant to be eaten and shit out in nature to grow more fruit? Also meat, fruit, raw dairy and honey have more then what you need
>vegetables
unnatural man-made horrors that taste like shit and have zero vitamins >fiber
waste product that destroys your gut microbiome >seeds and seed oils
enjoy your atherosclerosis and high estrogen >spices
80% of the time it's literal poison >rice/brown rice/grains/oats
radioactive slave man made horror goyslop food with zero nutrients >low fat cottage/cream cheese
all the nutrients are literally contained in fat and you're purposefully getting rid of it >chicken/turkey breast
not bad but it's the worst part of the meat because it contains close to no fat thus way less nutrients >potatoes/carrots
poisonous unnatural garbage with close to no nutrients

It's close but potatoes are unhealthy and apples are missing
But everyone on IST kept recommending me potatoes ...
Did they lie?
no, potatoes are good for you, its pasta(bread) that is unhealthy
my potatoniga stomach cant handle that stuff, slimy shits and bloated stomach after a heavy pasta meal
You should experiment - after which you feel better, then eat that and vice versa
Sweet potatoes are an ultra S+ tier carbohydrate source and taste good microwaved without any seasoning
Apples are on there.
>potatoes
>unhealthy
>apples are missing
>green apples
ngmi
Concession accepted
Why are potatoes unhealthy? I thought they were a good low calorie source of carbs?
They are. Idk what anon was on about, potatoes are an excellent source of carbs. Just don't eat 20lb of them in a day
You can't stop me.
probably an anti-nightshade ganger
I eat roast potatoes about 5 times a week (around 650g, cooked in olive oil). Is this bad?
you might run into oxalate issues depending on the rest of your diet but its probably a non issue unless youre also eating loads of spinach
They are the best carbs after sweet potatoes
>splenda
>oil
>milk
>eggs
lmao
Make your own charts then, morons. If you're not fricking useless. Which you are. Clean your diet up and open MS Paint.
Be careful with this one you might get shredded
This one's worse. You should only have poultry and fish. No fruit.
poultry and fish are high pufa as opposed to ruminant meats which are saturated.
Poultry is mostly garbage, too lean and very little nutrients compared to red meat.
>muh 70/30 ground mystery meat is better than chicken because it hass all the vitamines
Amerishart obese hands typed this post
I'm sure that anon accepts your concession.
Based for at least following through. I kneel. No comment on the actual food.
Get rid of the fruit and olive oil (milk and yoghurt is optional) and we're good.
based, add vegs
Vegetables are poison
Based.
I agree.
this one is good
>add vegs
moron
>splenda
>sweetener
The frick.
>canola oil
>sesame oil
>peanut oil
yeah putting toxic sneed oils on your graph already disqualifies it
now do bulking
What is this then?
Also is the diet gender neutral?
this looks like a cutting diet, no pasta or fat heavy meats. also frick you mean gender neutral reddit gay
literally just go to any fricking cal count site and figure out what number to hit

Why so mean 🙁
THIS IS FIT homie WE CLOWN IN THE MF
TAKE YOUR SENSITIVE ASS BACK TO r/FITNESS
beans literally block gains. It's an anti-nutrient. Same with Oats. Look up Saponins
Ketolard
Does glysophate soaked food make you moron or you were always that way?
>seed oils
this is literally a psyop. kys israelite.
just eat tallow/butter/olive oil then monkey
>fibrous vegetables
>grains
>canola and peanut oil
>artificial sweeteners
>no fatty red meats
>no butter
Garbage fricking list
Literally what is wrong with vegetables or grains (rice)? And why is this board obsessed with butter?
Don't eat butter, it will kill you.
That's what I figured, but this board shills lard and butter so hard it's bewildering.
No one shills natural food Black person, it doesn't work like that. You would have to be a special kind of moron to think the milkfat feed to babies is bad for you but not the toxic waste that are sneed oils. Oils are gay too
How will it kill you doctor dipshit? Love to hear your moronic explanation.
>Literally what is wrong with vegetables or grains (rice)?
Literal poison and anti-nutrients.
>And why is this board obsessed with butter?
Butter is good for you.
Fatty red meat and real butter is fricking based, it NEEDS to be added.
Oils: olive, avocado, coconut. Sesame for special occasions if we all.
no ghee???
>promoting seed oils
ngmi
where's the liver and oysters?
Here you go, I've fixed the OP image.
Peanuts are not nuts, they are legumes.
Nobody asked
The image is wrong, pissboy
Get rid of everything besides eggs, meat, and water, also add more types of meat.
Gaaaay
>sneed oils
How does IST feel about homemade bread and pasta here? When I make my own I dont feel nearly as bloated and sluggish and feel like i have energy.
While it's ultimately still bad for you, it's miles better than would get at the store.
>it's miles better than would get at the store.
Explain how flour and water you mix at home is better than flour and water you get at the store
Because I said it is. Shrimple as that. 🙂 Plus, you can be sure that no israelite hands have tried to poison it and you know there's no added ingredients that they've deliberately hidden.
>JEWS
Hope life gets better for you
I hope life gets worse for you, israelite. <3
other anon is a homosexual but it's better because you know what you are putting into it and there has been no Black person hands in it
It's another "Amaericans are afraid of vegetables and carbs" episode.
They are maentally ill at this point.
Seriously, wtf is wrong with them?
>maentally
Ironic

>This is just a list of all non-processed foods
You don't think there's a difference between whole-grain pasta, which has three ingredients, and oreos which have 37?
Also, I said the list included Sneed oils, which I don't agree with.
Everything I circled is processed. Nothing I said was wrong
I didn't say you were wrong. My point was that most of the items on OPs list are not processed, and the ones that are have limited processing like peanut butter, which is literally just mashing peanuts and salt until they're spreadable (if you home make it, or buy pure peanut butter).

>My point was that most of the items on OPs list are not processed
It wasn't. You literally said
>This is just a list of all non-processed foods
So, you're so autistic you don't understand the difference between literal text and intent? Good for you, champ.
I mean you make an objectively incorrect statement and are now backtracking but okay man you win.
>oreos which have 37
Literally what
Off by a factor of 3
>artificial flavor
How many ingredients are in artificial flavor?
Mechanically processing peanuts into peanut butter is not the same as what makes a food ultra-processed, you stupid Black person
>processing isnt the same as processing
Oookay
>potatoes
>only white/red/sweet
are there any others?
Yukon, yellow, russet, fingerling, just off the top of my head. i just got a 1/4 cow grass fed pasture raised the farmer is a bro and let me walk around with the cows too it was a little less than $5 a pound
This image is over 15 years old so cut it some slack
>fresh fruit

Uhh ketosisters, our response?
not particularly nutritious but some rice and fruit are fine for most people. its the goyslop carbs that are the problem. but if you are already diabetic rice and fruit are probably not a good idea

I could do 30 pushups and 10 chins 4 years ago now I can’t do shit am I eating wrong?
Here I fixed it
Except no Splenda obviously.
Starvation diet! I like it.
Main course - raw steak, organs. Drink up with mineral water in glass bottle, or non-mineral water, or raw milk. Add butter, cheese for source of fat.

overall a shit list
Let me guess, carnivore.
apparently whole milk is estrogenous?
Why do you think the lactation fluid from a pregnant animal wouldn't be estrogenous
Because it's intended for male calves too.
Okay?
