cheese is full of saturated fat moron, find another source of protein that's ways for you to eat or use protein powders

Anything on excess is bad. Fat isn't bad per se but he'd have to find a way to balance the fat from the cheese and the rest of his diet

OP's question was not about finding a balance for a diet.

It was is cheese a good source of protein or not but ketoards feel the need to FAT LE BAD and derail the question

Wait aren't ketogays the ones replacing carbs with fat?

They're also the ones going bald and dying at 35.

Right, but you said they hate fat and tó my understanding they explicitly replace all carbs on their diet with fat, so what you said here

OP's question was not about finding a balance for a diet.

It was is cheese a good source of protein or not but ketoards feel the need to FAT LE BAD and derail the question

          >It was is cheese a good source of protein or not
Everyone is saying that it's a bad source of protein because it has too much fat

          Cheese has protein

It does but it also has extreme amount of saturated fat. Just a few slices can amount to half your daily allowance of saturated fat. If you make cheese your primary source of protein you'll soon like one of the monstrosities they post in /fph/

Well how are you going to define a good source of protein if you aren't weighing up the food item as a whole?

You will need a triple bypass by age 50 if you eat too much of this motherfricker. Try to eat low fat cheese at least (white cheese tends to have lower fat). Fat is not bad, but excess saturated fat is

Dry hard cheeses like parmesan were mass produced as soldier rations in the Roman empire. It’s expensive now though and can make it hard to shit. Cottage cheese is more accessible.

Look at the chart. You can absolutely cheesemax for protein but you'll have to factor in all the extra fat you'll be ingesting.

The macros are pretty off imo. If you don’t like meat, focus on eggs, fish, chickpeas, lentils, tofu etc. Maybe protein powder.

Practically all cheese has more fat than protein, and even those that have more protein still have a ton of fat, so unless you are going full keto, cheese is a very unpractical source of protein. With an average cheese, you consume around 500kcal to get 30g of protein. That means that in order to get 200g of protein, you need to consume 3333kcal of cheese alone. Even if you go keto, that is unpractical.
