I could have done a more in-depth analysis based on the angle of the video but I don't see the reason.

        It looks like you're the one coping manlet, we're talking about pullups so of course height matters, if you're 5'4" at 150lb doing a pullup it looks much less impressive than another one doing it at 170lb at 6'. If you're taller you of course weigh more and have to do more ROM.

      I did this too. You probably did too many to start with. Progress your volume slowly The exercises are similar but different enough that your muscles aren’t used to it. Just wear a foam neck collar for a couple of days to speed up recovery

    When I first started lifting I could do 4. My biggest struggle with trying to coach someone is to get them to a chin-up. It's just so alien to me to not be able to do that while not being severely obese. My solution is get their deadlift up, that actually works really well but if they don't have access to weights it's a struggle.

      No offense, those are good pullups, but this kind of proves pullups are a skill, not a strength exercise. I used greasing the groove to get to 10 (now can barely manage 3) and didn't gain a gram of muscle
