    I don't know but I do know that working out is such a repetitive task that doing anything entertaining while you're exercising makes it more fun. Just listening to music or a podcast through your earphones will increase your motivation.

    I can say that working out while drunk is kinda more fun, but defeats the purpose of making gains.

    no they either gave a super small unrealistic dose so people could still function, or they got a bunch of stoners who worked out better because it quenched their withdrawal effects

      I feel like a 5-10mg dose of a sativa edible would help me stay motivated when I decide to work out. I was the kid who always picked on in gym class, so there's a major mental hurdle to exercise for me that I need to get over.

    From anecdotal experience I have jogged high and I fricking hated it, I just wanted to get over it and I knew I wasn't pushing myself as much as I usually did based off my HR

    I personally hated it.
    Went out for an 8 miler and hated it all after the first 5 minutes. It also dulls my sense of taste/smell so the coffee and donuts after weren't as enjoyable as usual either. I could see enjoying it for like a 10-15 minute jog but not like a real run.

    Bullshit. Used to smoke a lot but I became a better runner after quitting. It impairs breathing and reactions and concentration.

    Even if you never develop any of the randomly appearing psychotic side effects associated with THC, smoking weed daily will make you moronic, less motivated and less focused. Also you will start to suffer from extreme boredom whenever sober. Don't smoke.
