It is possible to twink maxx at 29 if you have the proper genetics for it, but be aware that twink death is inevitable and comes at you all at once. So the longer you try to twinkmaxx the higher the chance of you becoming a desperate coper like Bryan Johnson.
Accept that you're not a highschool boy no more and try to instead be the best possible looking 30 year old, instead of trying to look like an 18 year old and inevitably failing at it more and more with each passing year.
I'm twinkmaxxing at 29. Honestly our pursuit is a literal midlife crisis, but being Lean and "cute" at our age is a big advantage.
