Cycling is good for building muscle mecause you burn all the energy in your muscle and then keep burning energy because you still have to go all the way back.

You could achieve the same with weights if you lifted heavy, then lifted less heavy and finally the bar to failure every workout.

Also it does jack shit for calves, which are the key component of chicken legs.

throw an book against wall, stand on book holding the wall till u can't keep standing up, switch legs, twice a week - there dude, ur calves u always wanted but never tried to get, if u start now they will pop for second half of summer provided u ain't lardarse to begin with

          >if u start now they will pop for second half of summer provided u ain't lardarse to begin with
it's called noobie gainz in correct terminology, if u never worked muscle group u can get noob gains when u're 50
          >but i walk to fridge and shitter and sometimes out for cig, my calvers are worked
nope, thas cardio, not even that most of the time, do not worry dumbo, those are not quads they won't make u limp for 2 weeks, only thing that's lighter to endure is rear delt - that fricker's almost never sore

Cycling is great for toning your quads. Walking (hard, more like marching) will give you killer calves. But it takes time and it hurts. Like you should feel like the middle is gonna tear off your shin bone for the first 5-10 minutes.

Not really, or at least not big quads and thighs. Even weighted bike and very steep. You will just wear out your knees.
    >t. Have worn out my knees cycling up every mountain I could find

Just have to be careful you don't cycle back down and undo your hard work

      >the schools and community of male ballet dances are like 80% gay, extremely flexible, fit, most are attractive/good looking

Imagine the constant 10/10 sex these homos have. They won a game the rest of us didn't even know we could play .

Most are actally straight, you just never hear of them because politics. homosexual dancer = empowering, straight dancer = who cares. Calling ballet dancers gay is just the usual fatty cope, in fact, weight lifters are more likely to be LGBTQ + than any other sport.

        Thanks, America.

Seems plausible - these "artistic" backgrounds seem to hate straight males.

Keep doing your "front squats" bro.

How do these male ballerinas (ballerinos?) train anyway?

  13. 11 months ago

When you start it gives you some beginner gains in your legs then it stops for obviously visual gains and you still get mitochondrial gains but those are invisible.

Maybe if you did nothing but all out 20 second sprint intervals you could get big legs like a track cyclist.

I would never be able to wear that. having those tight little ballerinas around me wound get me so hard. I always have to wear clothes that hide my boner whenever I'm interacting with women so that I'm not labelled a predator
