Is using Finasteride common in your country? My older brother started taking it and was able to stop his hair loss and regrow his hairline within 2 years.
I’m currently shedding and receding but it’s not noticeable to the average person yet, should I try and get on finasteride? It’s been confirmed that all celebs/politicans/models/athletes take it. Heck even trump does but I’m still a little worried about the side effects

who the frick cares? hair or no hair wont do shit to your virginity. fix the real problems in your life, like your personality, instead of blaming it on the things you cant fix.
If you're 19yo and norwood 3 I can understand why it matters and would encourage to do something about it.
Personally I'm 35 with norwood 2 and don't give a shit because it has a very little impact on my life and taking pills or wearing a hair system (wig) wouldn't be worth it.
troony pills are a cope, embrace who you are.
Embrace who you are, I agree, and I am losing line too, but this webm is all cope, this guy isn't accepting who he is. Why make a video like that in the first place?
hes a shizo making a video that appeals to other schizos, hence why it is being posted on IST in a thread full of bald morons
I've been taking it for 3 weeks
I only experienced 1 side effect scare when I couldn't get a boner one morning but that resolved itself after a few hours
I wouldn't worry about side effects as they are rare and go away once you stop finasteride or you could stomach it and keep taking finasteride because your body will rebalance hormone levels in your body eventually
I think I got a bit hornier due to the excess testosterone that now does not get converted into DHT
3 weeks is nothing for HRT which you're taking. You're taking fin for years
I'm 29 and also considering the troony pills but also notice my boners and cum are nothing like when I was 18.
I'm 28 and used it since 18. Eventually I think it wore off now I'm on dut. I'm a gay bottom twink so if it stopped working it would unironically be over for me.
I've been taking it for almost 3 years and the only side effect I experience was in the first week one time I had to pee like 4 times in 10 minutes when I was at the GYM.
Give it a go and if it doesn't work, stop taking it and accept your fate. If you're worried about being bald, just shave your head and learn to rock that look for a bit. It's not the end of the world, you'll figure out how to make it work.
Good advice. I took it, got the side effects then stopped. Few years into buzzing my head now and I couldn't care less
I did it once on a whim, and it wasn't so bad once I got used to it so going bald doesn't worry me horribly. Of course, I'd prefer not to, but only time will tell.
I'm doing buzzcut and very short side parts because it makes me look more intimidating.
It just works somehow, no matter how attractive or unattractive you are.
You are in russia, the land of the ugliest men on earth, who cares what you do
>ugliest men on earth
only homosexuals and women care about what man's appearance. However are lesser beings and as such their opinion should be ignored.
мyжчинa дoлжeн быть чyть кpacивee oбeзьяны
If you unironically care about woman's opinion there's definetely something wrong with you.
t. uglier than monkey
That's my whole point, man's attractivness is irrelevant because women are subhumans. So are homosexuals.
The fact that you think otherwise indicate that you belong to one of the aformentioned groups.
My best friend is balding and he gets mad at me for "wasting my good hair genes" by keeping my head buzzed. I haven't grown my hair longer than an inch in probably 10 years. Girls just like my shaved head better than growing out my locks. And having been in the military, I think most guys look a lot better with a shaved head than they think.
My ex liked running her hands through my hair and was annoyed when I had it cut shorter, so it's down to the girl.
The process of having your head shaved in the army is a vital experience to bonding with the lads. It's like seeing each other naked, part of the façade of who you are as you present to others is gone, and you're in a sense more purely you.
Eating well, making sure to stay hydrated, not washing your hair too often, and ditching normal hair products for more organic examples may help. I don't know for sure, but it's somewhere to start.
>The process of having your head shaved in the army is a vital experience to bonding with the lads. It's like seeing each other naked, part of the façade of who you are as you present to others is gone, and you're in a sense more purely you.
Hell yeah brother.
>Girls just like my shaved head better than growing out my locks.
How would you know? You just said you haven't let your hair grow.
>even trump does
pretty sure you shouldnt or it doesnt work at that age.
yea and dont forget to post on r/beards
The earlier you start it the better
>another zesty haircel thread
just own up to it
bald with grace like a man
I've been using it for two and a half years. It has thickened my hair and appears to have stopped it from receding more. The downside is that it definitely has reduced my libido, affected my erections and stopped my morning wood. Now take this with a pinch of salt as I have low testosterone probably caused my varicocele, which may be the main cause of this which I do need to get fixed, but there is a definite change.
For me I have a youthful face and would like an utter mong bald so I'll take a reduced libido over hair loss.
Anyone fix their balding with meme methods like quitting caffeine?
You can try microneedling. It worked well for me.
Right now, I'm on ru58841 but maybe in the near future I will switch to fin.
I am on minox for 2-3 years now. Initially it stopped hair loss, some hair even regrew in places (or maybe its just the natural regrowth combined with the reduced hair loss).
At this point, I am not sure how much it helps. Probably still slowing down the hair loss but I am still slowly balding.
fun fact: the chance of impotence from finasteride is the same as the chance of side effects from vaccines. Its not too high but high enough to appear every now and then.
If you are not afraid of vaccines you might as well take fin
Started 3 weeks ago
you morons go on about how le heckin anti science and based you are but the moment your hair starts falling out suddenly its all trust the science and doctors say this and experts suggest that
Finasteride is safe and effective and side effects aren't permanent
Just shave it off and fix your shit.
I heard this before... When was it?
there are hourly fin shill threads at this point, this has to be a paid campaign
it is 100% a viral marketing campaign
if it was that good they wouldnt have to push their product so aggressively. definitely scam shit
For a 30y old product with an expired patent...?
>product with an expired patent.
That must be why we are getting spammed. Everyone can sell it.
I’ve been using it for ten years with no issues.
Take it or don’t. Up to you.
>It’s been confirmed that all celebs/politicans/models/athletes take it. Heck even trump does
Americans are braindead.
Jeff Bezos is bald and you pleb gays are concerned about hair.
It's genetics, so you either don't care, or you pay for a hair implant. I took finesteride for 1 month 10 years ago, then i realised how moronic it is to take medicines to fix a problem that doesnt exist.
I take it in my country
I take dutasteride
the west has fallen.
billions must care what women think about them
After seeing so many posts about hairloss on IST I'm starting to think I'll quickly need this finasteride stuff....
I'm already ugly and awkward enough to where being bald doesn't really matter.
Prevention is the best cure, just don't go bald
I don't know if you have access to it in The United States but Guave Leaves have the same effect as finasteride of reducing DHT. Also start supplementing vitamin D https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9784754/
/int/cels convinced me to stick with minox for now
