For him, yeah. He's got like 8 inch wrists and 12 inch ankles. When he was 15 he was benching 2pl8 for shits and giggles. Very thick frame for his height and natural disposition towards being muscular

It's not fair if I had his frame I too could have been a world famous boxer

          Why?

            Anonymous

Because Mike is also ferocious in the ring and every hit had genuine intent to kill the other guy. If he had every caught a body in the ring he'd have achieved his actual goal. He used to cry before fights because he knew he had to get into the mindset that he's going in the ring to kill a man with his fists. Without that he wouldn't have been where he got to

Something tells me you would still have gated success in life behind some arbitrary feature that you didn't have, then spent all day posting coulda-shoulda-woulda's on IST

Yes that is what I weigh and that is my height.

he has a weak frame and baby brow, enough punches and his orbitals will break.

Eh, I have 8 inch wrists at 5'9. It's not that special.

        Anonymous

Statistically it is. The average wrist size for a man is around 6.75" according to data gathered by the US Marines. By volume your wrist is like 1.4x bigger than average if it's 8" and that would look even more pronounced on someone who is slightly under average height.

Maybe I don't notice it because my best friends are 6'1, 6'3 and 6'5 with good frames and those last two have like 9-10 inch wrists.

Yeah but it's hard to be that weight and also be healthy bodyfat %. I'm currently about 25% body fat at 230, so in order to be 20% (this is the highest bf% that's considered "healthy") at 220 I'd need more muscle. These are my numbers after lifting for less than a year so definitely possible if you do it right

I’m no where near as lean as him, but I’m 5’11 and 217 pounds.

I wonder how much he actually weighs wet, rather than the 220pounds sauna cut.

      >220pounds sauna cut
I thought heavyweights didn't have to cut for weigh-ins since they're already in the highest weight class

You still have to be within 20 pounds of one another to fight for the title. You can't just have a 400 pound Andre the giant smashing everyone to death and in general you won't see a boxer go above like 240 anyways

No, you don't you fricking moron. Fury weighed 270+ when he beat Wilder for his WBC title and Wilder weighed only 230.

220 lbs. Heavyweights don't do water cuts. Their scale weight is their real weight.

real question is are you natty and what was your starting weight?

        Anonymous

I handed in my natty card when I started taking creatine last week.

Was about 195 this summer when I was doing loads of cardio. I pack on muscle quite easily.

Never going to roid because I’m not a professional athlete.

Will see if I can cut back down to 195 after Christmas.

I was running an 18 minute 5k this summer. Haven’t run since august. I suck at running but had to for army reserve stuff.

This motherfricker used to weight 190+ at 13 years old. This is him at 13. They couldn't find anybody his size at that age so he used to fight 17 year old guys. Truly a freak.

How do people get so fricking heavy? I'm 6'2 165lbs and I look decently sculpted even when I don't workout for months. But when I was working out and eating 3500+ cals a day I still wasn't gaining weight. Spent my whole life hating eating (always skipped breakfast) and 2000+ calories in a day is still nauseating to me. Even the average American woman is heavier than me somehow despite being like 5'3 or whatever
