Like in... doing Pull Ups and then OHP. Than I do another back exercise so I can train shoulders again. For bi and tri I like to do supersets with mid range reps. For da pump.

I’ve actually been doing something new where I’ll collect stones I like of the right shape and size, and I’ll carve designs into them with a dremel. Sometimes it’s my tag name, other times it’s characters or patterns. Then I place them back where I found them. And my hope is if someone finds them they chuck it in a river or buddy them, so that someone hundreds or thousands of years later will uncover them.
My newest project is cutting stones in half, and replacing the halves with epoxy shaped like the flowers portion, encasing a USB/ SD card protected within plastic. On the USB is random shit I put together. Animal tier lists, copy and pasted history run downs, etc., except I insert made up bullshit. Fake animals designed in photoshop/AI or just drawn by hand so it’s not able to be identified as fake, or in a history paragraph I’ll insert something about the world leaders gay man servant who once was used as a peace offering where they serviced all the soldiers in a field. I think it’s funny. Maybe some day someone will find it, read the USB and present the info as lost info of the world.

I do a bastard version of upper lower. Basically my big work out day is upper, and lower is more or less deadlifts and squats and some core exercises. That way I can work out each muscle group three times a week, and work out more or less every day.

Did PPL for 6 years and it yielded amazing progress, but biceps and triceps didn’t get enough attention and fell behind, so then I did Push, Arms, Pull, then Legs for a year and added an inch to my arms. Now I’m doing full body 4-5x per week just as I started a new bulk. Hoping the higher frequency will bring up certain areas of focus: chest, hamstrings, calves, forearms, abs/obliques.
Yes, the volume and frequency were there but I think I was too taxed by the end of the pushing/pulling exercises that I half-assed the level of effort on arms. Once I gave arms a dedicated day was when I could give it my undivided attention and they took off.

Fully body every session, baybee. 4-6 sessions a week, depending on how busy I am, heavy/light/power split. Used to just do heavy/light split, been incorporating power work for a few years for better sport performance.
Just getting back into lifting. I got married, moved, got a new job and knocked up my wife, so it's been tough to get back into the routine. I periodically break my routine and when I do, I just do a full body workout for 2-3 weeks, then do a push pull split with legs incorporated into both. Helps me to get to the gym because I'll be autistic about it being "even" and having to do the next workout, making it pretty easy to get back into the swing of things.
On another note- my T plummeted during this big transition and it's been terrible. Ive done some running and cycling which is a nice outlet but hasnt really helped. But now, just even a week of lifting has helped me perk up a bit. Goddamn I love lifting.
Lower body, upper body, accessories, rest. probably a moronic split but I hit everything twice a week and accessory day gives me a chance to try new stuff out

cross-bench pull overs 6x8 @45lb - 50lb
chest assisted rows 6x8 @ 145lb, then dropping some and going to failure.
zoomers were hogging the smith machines and I would up doing the seated leg press w 5pl on each side 5x8 w some calf jammies in there.

Fully body every session, baybee. 4-6 sessions a week, depending on how busy I am, heavy/light/power split. Used to just do heavy/light split, been incorporating power work for a few years for better sport performance.
Just getting back into lifting. I got married, moved, got a new job and knocked up my wife, so it's been tough to get back into the routine. I periodically break my routine and when I do, I just do a full body workout for 2-3 weeks, then do a push pull split with legs incorporated into both. Helps me to get to the gym because I'll be autistic about it being "even" and having to do the next workout, making it pretty easy to get back into the swing of things.
On another note- my T plummeted during this big transition and it's been terrible. Ive done some running and cycling which is a nice outlet but hasnt really helped. But now, just even a week of lifting has helped me perk up a bit. Goddamn I love lifting.
Lower body, upper body, accessories, rest. probably a moronic split but I hit everything twice a week and accessory day gives me a chance to try new stuff out
I do chest/tris/, back/bis, legs, shoulders/arms, rest. And sometimes add another rest day in somewhere
PHUL using 531 template for compound progression, occasionally with a 5th day of upper accessories at the end of the week.
Haven't done full body since a starting program. I do not like heavy upper and lower compounds on the same day.
Only did ppl for like 3 months after wrapping up full body routine, ppl always felt like a grind. All my lifts went up as soon as I dropped pplpplx.
I row on days I don't lift.
PPL all the way. I neglect the frick out of Legs though but im a former fat c**t so I had good legs anyway just from carrying my girth around so I can sort of get away with it

Right now I am doing Upper/x/Full body/x. More strength oriented, planned around lifts more than body parts.
PPL is gay because it forces you to do arms and delts at the same frequency as legs, even I understand that is subpar
