Isn’t he kind of too short and built too much like a meatball to really compete in pro bodybuilding in the future?
There’s no lank to him. Champions like Chris Bumstead are still kind of lanky even with such huge muscles.
Like me personally I know I don’t have the genetics for bodybuilding but if I thought I did I would hope someone would tell me “hey, you probably can’t compete no matter how big you get. Maybe reconsider blasting your organs to jelly with steroids chasing that dragon”

are you moronic? virtually every bodybuilder is under 6 ft
Why the frick would you want to be "lanky" when the idea is to be huge and wide
CBum and Arnold are both built like silverback gorillas. Not wider than they are tall
you are an idiot
Looks like someone pissed off the 5’6 Squatemalan Sam Sulek fan. How was the meet and greet?
Pretty good ngl. Except we played this weird cookie game and I kinda didn't like it.
Do tell
Arnold is like 5'10". There was one classic bodybuilder called the giant who was 6 ft 1" (not very tall)
Most bodybuilders are short. Short people make the best bodybuilders.
Lee Priest is only 5'4" for example,
The people you mentioned are not lanky. No human is as wide as they are tall or wider.
But the idea is to become wider you fricking mong.
The Hulk was 6'5"
Tall and muscular makes you look more massive than a little meatball manlet
no
It's all political and has shit to do with aesthetics, otherwise a guy with torn up quads and a bullet hole in his sternum wouldnt win.
He’ll be Mr. Olympia in the future
>He will be alive
They are going to find him on the floor dead in a few years with a bunch of needles, cum rags and donut boxes
You guys will be part of my cringe compilation 5 years down the line. If fricking piana could live so long why would Sam die off steroids in just a few year tards ?
>Envisions himself fanboying Sam for another five years
make sure to include yourself bud
He won't be alive in 3 years
Stands in his path.
No, he has a good physique to compete in modern PRO bodybuilding. Look at guys like Phil, Big Ramy, Kai Greene etc they are all EXTREMELY wide. Back in the Arnold days, it was more of an aesthetics competition but today its all about mass
No he doesn't. Sam is not genetically gifted for bodybuilding, his chest especially is incredibly unaesthetic. But to answer OP's question, I don't think Sam gives a frick about being Mr Olympia, he just wants to be freak and live off his YouTube fame like Rich Piana.
I like Sam but he's not going to be a champion. He might win a local show. He's got 1% genetics but not 0.1% genetics. Near the beginning of his log he inclined benched four plates about six times and now almost a year later is doing slightly less. He's probably on a couple of grams of steroids but what's happened is that his growth has plateaued on that amount & his health markers are too messed up for him to go even higher. If you look at 2023 Mr Olympia winner Derek Lunsford, almost as impressive as his muscles themselves are his general appearance and how he doesn't look like he's about to die despite being on grams of gear. Meanwhile Sam is on less but looks like his blood pressure is through the roof.
He seems chill but what's with the fricking diet? Doughnuts, ramen, lemonade, ice cream. Maybe it's just me but when I eat like that for a whole day I feel like shit, my heart flutters and my head hurts. Is it part of the chill persona, like yeah nah dude I just eat whatever tf bro none of that nerd vegetable shit
You need to be 300 lbs in the offseason to be olympia material
I do like Sam's style of lifting and I have copied it. I have gotten more gains in the last couple months than I have over 12 months. My whole life I was always focused on full clean reps and not progressing unless I could do it perfect.
Now I load up the weight, fail around 10 reps and force in a few partials or slop reps in the end. I have gotten so much stronger and gained more muscle than ever. I don't know if there is any science behind it, but those forced reps after failure might increase the damage done to the muscle which means more gains.
An imbicile discovered what high intensity is and does it in the most moronic way possible...
>I went closer to failure and made more gains
>what is this sorcery?
Yes being tall and lanky to start is ideal for looking impressive.
