    Caffeine is not useful for workouts. It constricts blood vessels and makes your brain ignore fatigue rather than actually boosting energy.

    If you want a useful chemical, look at something that everyone is trying to ban, nicotine. Smoking and vaping is fricking gay and rude, but purer and less obnoxious sources of nicotine are quite useful.

      I'm a zynner but it is not superior to caffeine for workouts. It calms you back down (yes, I use them together).

      If you want to go really hard, try slamming a coffee and working out before your first nicotine of the day.
