Not saying there isn’t a lot of drugs/surgery, but the life style of the performers means they have to put in extra work just to maintain the weight. They are doing a show every night, practicing during the day, running around to a bunch of different meetings. They go from some sedentary person to someone moving or on their feet all day. There’s only so much time in a day to suck down 4K+ calories to maintain their body weight.

Adele for some reason gets a lot of shit from both sides about her weight loss but it's obvious she did drastically change her lifestyle. It wasn't some massive overnight change. She slimmed down over the course of over two years. YEARS. It was less than a pound a week of loss. That's why she has maintained her new body (and has done it well before Ozempic became the new fad). People just think it was surgery/drugs because she didn't release anything or even tour during that time, so everyone kind of forgot about her. During this time she was on a SIX year hiatus. Everyone remembers the hippo from 2015 then suddenly 2021 rolls in and she's thinner, and everyone equates that transformation to happening just that year.

I had the unfortunate unintentional experience of seeing Lizzo in concert. I’ve tried not to commit much of it to long-term memory, but more than a few of her songs are whining about men, so I assume any men who take an interest in Lizzo only do so for pump-&-dump reasons. And even though it was a cameo role, Lizzo had the flattest pancake breasts I’ve seen in that movie were Constance Woo and Jennifer Lopez were strippers rolling guys and doing credit card fraud. Most fat women have boob shape, but Lizzo’s just added a flabby layer to her egg-shape body.
