    it's a frog being boiled situation anon, i didn't realise i went from chubby to obese until i looked at ~2 year old photos, went from like ~90-100kg to 134 kg at my heaviest without even really noticing a change. currently recovering from it, hovering around ~115 kg and plan to get down to at least 90 kg, fyi if any of you are as fat as i was GO ON A FRICKING CUT i got meme'd into maingaining and it was such a horrible idea, i still look fat and dyel and barely any muscle is showing

    103 lbs. Still can't see my ribs. Still have a pudgy tummy with hip fat and fat rolls spilling out over my waist when sitting

    I'm 33 and at my body has vastly different regional fat distribution compared to a ten years ago. My torso is shaped like sagging back of potatoes but have so little fat on my ass it hurts to sit and spaghetti arms.

    if you have a 250kcal daily excess every day, you'll gain 26lb a year. it's incredibly easy to do and not notice until it's too late.
