it's my 3rd day in gym (24yo). I am unable to do some exercises, trainer said you are so weak (skinny). He says I'm not putting enough power. I'm skinny 48kg only. Why he gives me harder exercises? I am not getting my forms correctly. The look on my trainer's face looks disappointing.

Hey man, nobody is born good at everything. Good on you for making the big step of starting!!! Most loser here don't even reach that point, you are already more fit than 50% of IST.
As other Anons pointed out, there's PLENTY of information here, but mainly in YouTube. You can look up different exercises, the proper form, and tips for beginners, that's how I started! And I gained 8 kg of lean muscle in 3 years (yea, I'm natty and sleep bad, I know it's not that impressive, but I'm happy with it).
The most important step is to be consistent, and never stop lifting, not even for a week. The most consistent people are the ones that make it, notbthe strongest.
Like you, I started lifting when I was 58kg, being 5'8. Now I'm at 69kg, I gained some fat too, but that's the idea, I just wanted to look like a normal person, and I'm pretty sure I made it :).

Ok, that's a skill you'll have to learn.
How to grind out a rep.
Of course you don't have much power now, but you gotta put in all you have. You have to struggle, the rep should be slow because you just can't make it any faster than that. You'll have to learn how to be stable as frick, so you can push on something during those extra hard reps, and how to keep pushing.
Remember, all easy reps are just training for those critical super hard ones.
