        The 4th reps were very sus
        210 for 9/9/9

            It depends how sloppy my sets were and how im feeling thr next time
            If im confident and energetic i will try to go to 3x4 or 5 again, if not i will go down 2.5 or 5lb and go for 3x 5 or 6
            Same with the volume weight but it's even less a concern since im more worried about my bench 3x5 (260 atm)

      Are you a beginner?
      Just do any program where you do it one day as a core lift and another day as an accessory lift for volume.
      5/3/1 or PPL are both good

        I'm not a beginner, I just find it really hard to progress on the lift, atleast without gaining a ton of bodyweight

        yes I can do up to 57.5 kg for fives but cannot hit 3 successive sets

        have u considered adding more volume? You're only doing 6 sets per week, why not do 5x10 twice a week and build muscle, then when u got the muscle go back and try again.

        I tried a mesocycle of 4 weeks straight at 50 kg for 5x8 sets but saw no improvement.

        I am haunted by it.
