It's never over homosexual. Keep lifting. I'm 44 year old virgin with supreme autism and testosterone levels that are clinically low and I still keep on lifting. If I can do it you should do it.

Yes it’s over. Quit lifting while you’re ahead, it’ll only get worse here on out. Not worth your time and effort for increasingly diminishing returns. Congratulations, you’re old.

You're making the transition to the phase where you have to pay attention to the shit young people ignore, like self care & mobility. It's not over, you just need to adapt

Did you live a primarily sedentary life for the past 20 years? You don’t wake up one day and feel like shit it’s a culmination of your past. I’m 30 and i feel great and am in excellent shape.

My peak strength was past 30, because I had no money to bulk properly.
Just take better care of yourself. You can't be eating junk all the time.

      >because I had no money to bulk properly.

Holy frick are you mean between 2016-late 20 I was basically lifting but had an Ethiopian diet regimen. Now I spend tons of money after I made it on fricking biologic and grass fed products and my gains have sky rocketed at 30.

Now I have to move out because it’s getting out of hand living with my parents
