Its over.

Ivan’s baby is about to steal all his gains. He already sleeps like 5 hours a night because of his job and you can see how it completely destroys his gains, now he won’t be able to sleep at all. It will be too much and he will skip a day of squatting. Then he’ll probably realize how pointless the whole thing was and he’ll go on periodization or stop training altogether. I’ve been watching him since day 300 and now he’ll finally be forced to quit. It’s over.

      >thinking the next new born will be harder than the last
If you were a parent you would realize the experience from raising the previous child or children makes it easier to know how to handle another child with less difficulty. Not much will change.

youre an absolute dyel if you think strength gains are going to come that easy once you get to a certain point. this is like laughing at how people cant break WRs within a year

Depends on how old his first is. A toddler and a newborn is definitely harder than 1 newborn
        >t. Have a toddler and newborn

He said his daughter was 1 when he started squatting everyday. He’s never had a newborn and squatted every day before. And yeah he has a 6 year old and 4 year old as well. It’s unequivocally over.

6 and 4 is old enough to follow directions and do minor/moderate things on their own as well as they don't need your constant attention to be entertained.

            He will be fine

He started at like 180 and now his pr is like 212.5. Like I said his biggest problem is not his program but his sleep, still it’s not really that bad for someone who doesn’t roid.

His "program" is moronic, and so is he
        > t. 260 kg squatter, only squat once a week

yea its moronic but at the same time he is making other programs seem a bit moronic as well when it comes to what we think we know about recovery and injury rates.

          >His "program" is moronic
Yes, Im pretty sure he admits that himself. I recall him saying that he is aware that it's probably more effective to only squat once or twice a week. But he loves squatting so he wants to figure out a way to make gains while squatting every day. Or so he says.

First video said his goal was to squat 300kg. At this rate, he would need to squat every day for another ~2750 days...roughly 4000 total days or around 11 total years.

Jesus Christ what was going through his mind? He already has two toddlers, why would he (and his wife) want to deal with a newborn now? He will have virtually no life. He was already a depressed frick before, now with all the stress of having a new kid, less time, less money, no sex and a stressed wife he will lose it. Completely moronic move. He will end up divorced within the next few years

My parents had all six of us two years apart, my mom quit her job after like the second one though, probably depends on if ivan’s wife works

He is a family man now. His family is his life. And his lifting is probably a nice hobby to have in his life. This is life for most people. Work, family, maybe some time for hobbies on the side. The end. Shut up homosexual

So fricking lame. He is already a depressed homosexual, he will become even more bitter and his kids will pay the price. You should never have more kids than what you can handle mentally (and financially), you will frick them up.

sounds like a bit of projection on your end here. you are acting as if he spends his entire day just working out or working

He already has no life outside of work, family and squatting. Never talks about going out with friends, travelling or doing anything exciting. Seems to be happy so kudos to him I guess.

        >you must spend your money going to overpopulated places, getting raped by prices all so you can stay in a shitty hotel room and eat food you could have cooked at home!
        >noooo your family is so boring! You must want to go out with friends right. Remember those "exciting" nights where you got drunk at bars and failed to pull women. Don't you miss those days
        >don't be a boring Dad Ivan. Stop doing what you think is fun and start having FUN!(tm)

Never said he should abandon his family. Also you don't have to travel to a city, just rent a rural house in a beautiful place. You seem to be projecting
