I've seen dudes with like womens hips. For real. They only start looking like men once they make their core as thick as possible and they end up looking really blocky but they make it work. Fall in love with weighted chinups and pullovers. Arm and leg days are now unskipable in your week. Abs to be done properly 3 times per week. Come back in 6 months with a way better look.
Hey bro I'm going to be honest with you so that maybe it helps you a bit. I have almost your exact frame. I've been lifting for a long time, from ultra skelly mode to decent now. I used to browse fit all the time, then stopped about 5 years ago now only come once in a while really barely anymore. When I browsed a lot, I would be thinking about this a lot. I thought my hips were too wide and my shoulders too narrow. No matter how much muscle I added to my shoulders I would be jealous of guys with naturally broad shoulders. Well the first thing that helps is not thinking about it so much. Only other people who constantly think about stuff like this will ever even notice, and most likely nobody will ever tell you that, you are your worst critic and you will be the one to bring your self esteem down. Just focus on getting big and having a good time while doing it. I have had girlfriends and they have never mentioned anything (except my first that said I had bony uncomfortable shoulders and that's in part what got me lifting). My current gf who is the girl I'm going to most likely marry tells me that I have a tiny waist, waist does not equal hips but she means that she likes how small it is compared to my big muscles.. so you can see how it doesn't even matter when someone is not obsessed with IST they literally only see the good part which is you being ripped. We're all going to make it

At this point you already know how to lift, what to eat, any other information you can look up wholesome YouTube videos or just research online. IST is fun and entertaining but it's no different than some chick browsing through Instagram for hours and hours then feeling like shit because shes not as hot as some other girl or doesn't go on as many vacations. Leave IST it's really the main thing messing with your mind even though you may not think so and it may seem so small but it is. Try it at least. Leave for 3 months, then add another three.
