    My father was a narcissistic sadistic military officer that loved his job so much he used to bring it home and treat me especially as a soldier. My sister got his narcissism and used to team up on the bullying. My mother was a silent observer. I was a scapegoat, punching bag, literal empty shell of a person for most of my childhood yet I perseviered and have a good paying job, go to gym and university, have a girlfriend and have friends, go to therapy and better myself every day

    Leave the past in the past, you can't change it but you can change life going forward. Limit communication and don't associate with shitty people or at least tell them that their behaviour won't fly anymore. Reclaim control over your life and stop feeling bad about yourself continuing this vicious cycle of shame and guilt and pain.

    Hdac inhibitors are the cure. Vorinostat is Godsend for this it’s just hard to find. Trauma literally changes your dna and fear is held in the amygdala. You just have to be VERY careful with them. A ketogenic diet can also help because ketones are hdac inhibitors. Long term carnivore will likely help you aswell. They allow you to reaccess your trauma and remove it without a fear response. This is also the cure to inceldom and people who think there undiagnosed aspies. For example the reason I couldn’t talk to girls because of trauma my parents instilled in me. Any awkwardness is actually from trauma or how you were raised. Shit literally changes your dna. Yes trauma does frick you but there are answers.
