Fork put-downs x eternity.
You will fail every now and then. But you will succeed if you put your mind to it.
To start? I’d suggest cutting out soda, limiting yourself to 3 meals a day (no snacks), and walking 1 mile each day.
With someone your size you’ll get a sub 40 BMI. It gets harder after that— cut out shit like fast food and snack foods, try cooking for yourself, get a lot of greens, and up the exercise.
You’re at the bottom right now. There’s nowhere to go but up.
So, again. Put down the fork, fatty.
They know they're fat they just think they're 250 instead of 330 or whatever. Like those doctor shows where an extremely obese woman will pray the scale comes back under 500
They have machines at my gym that you stand on, that measure your height/weight/bf, although im sure the bf% is way fricking off because I do not look 7.7%.
My gym bro had a thyroid issue that caused him to balloon up to 360 lbs no matter what he did. He was running 3 miles a day and eating next to nothing and yet was still gaining wait. If anyone was "hopeless," it was him. After 16 surgeries bro recently got cleared to get back in the gym. In the past six months of us lifting together he's lost 60lbs. You don't have to resign yourself to failure just because you find your situation desperate. It starts small, make a small change. But most importantly, be nicer to yourself. Take care of yourself how you'd want to take care of someone else, you deserve it. If you make a hill a mountain, you will surely make an inconvenience an impossibility. I believe in you anon
>Temperature: 96.3 degrees
error 404 thyroid function not found
That's just the shitty dynamap thermometer. They read everyone as 96.3 even if we're literally on fire, melting, and not a person at all, but a candle
lol you could literally not eat for a whole year and not die
Absolute unit

>you were suppose to lose fity pounds but you gain fity pounds, what happen
If you needed a test to tell that you are fat at that point, you are also a complete moron and never going to make it if you don’t change that part

Nice bulk, what are your lifts?
The most worrying thing on that vitals chart isn't even the weight, it's the temperature. God damn dude
Don't beat yourself up OP, you're only 60 or so pounds away from unlocking infinifat status. You'll get there.
It's so fricking easy not to eat
How the frick?
Who is printing this stuff out on receipt paper? Did you weigh yourself at the grocery store?

If it's one of the ones you go barefoot on they only really scan your legs
You need to find one that also has hand grip things
Yeah it has the grip things too

That's impossible the laws of physics would prevent someone from making free energy like that.
