I got covid once, no injections. It felt like the flu tbh, no worse no better. Albeit I am thin and somewhat frail so it's also likely that the symptoms could've been significantly lighter had I been healthier, maybe comparable to the common cold instead of the flu.

There are protocols you can google for dealing with the vax side effects. I've seen people (online) say it helped them with symptoms. Who knows if it's saving lives, but probably worth a try since most supplements in the protocols don't seem to have many side effects.

Im making it to old and beyond because I do extended fasts twice or more times a year, and I donate blood(blood letting to remove toxin build up including plastics) 4x a year. That along with remaining unvaxxed, not using fluoride, and limiting plastic use in any form help ensure I will not die earlier.
Also dont eat processed foods or fast food that often, they put plastics in that shit too
