You fricking whiny Black folk on this board.
Its not over, you're just getting started. Keep fricking lifting, and keep on making it.
If its really you also, good job for turning it around.
Bro honestly that’s not too bad, 1 year of consistent lifting progress and between the added muscle and time for your skin to adjust I think it’ll barely be noticeable.
>Bro i lost 55+ kgs its possible
I get that and I respect it, but you're only 21. The average skin should not be that stretched. I think you just got fricked by bad genetics. Either way I'm proud of you. Keep the weight off.
Yep the sad reality is that morbid obesity will ruin your body for life, even if you lose weight you’ll look like a saggy ballsack. Even if you get surgery you’ll still look off.
You'll stop caring as you grow older, i know that being 21 it'll sound like cope to you, but one of the best part of growing up is to stop caring about a lot of bullshit that right now seems like a big deal to you, focus on the fact that surely every aspect of your life has improved since not even one year ago? Also honestly it's not that bad, you can easily fix the saggy breasts by putting on some pecs, the belly is the only part that might need surgery to look normal, consider yourself lucky
I see the titty skin removal and tummy tuck as main ones I'd get once I had the money. Any reason why you're avoiding those? Are they dangerous? Too expensive?
When I first started I was poor
I've got the money to do it now but I'm married and have learned how to 'dress around it'. The wife doesn't care so ehhhh.
A big surgery like what I require is 6-12 weeks of absolutely no movement, lots of drainage, and occasional complications. Then you have a gradual ramping up. I've heard mixed feedback from those who have had it.
YMMV, see if you can find reports from people who have had the various skin-removal surgeries.
Yeah I'm married too and my wife lives me. If I was single though I could see that being a motivator as the body would be tough to work with in the bedroom with a new girl.

When I was dating I had to be right up front with it. I mentioned the weight loss in my dating profiles and also brought it up when second dates occurred.
I never had problems in person but I suspect that any woman who DID have a problem was filtered out earlier.
I slept with a woman who had lost almost as much as me and she had skin like a sharpei. It was... weird. The relationship didn't last but if it had I absolutely would have folded that skin around my dick like a hotdog bun and fricked it ha ha.

breath of fresh air online
I haven't gained any significant size in years. I doubt I can get any bigger - at least not a size that I could maintain for long term.
There's some fat in that skin. The loose skin is first place to pick up fat/bloating and looks terrible if I gain any weight at all.
i love how everyones forgotten about botox like its just something 60 y/o cougars use to look like barbara walters. worth a shot before literally having someone surgically cut and remove pieces of your flesh.
Lads this thread has helped me greatly. I shall slow my weight loss to 500 cal defecit and keep derma rolling and possibly get some of that medical vit A cream.
You guys all suicide cut. It took 20 + years for me to get fat I guess I can let it take years to lose it
Things I have done for years at a time:
- Dermarolled
- stiff bristle scrubbing
- compression shirts
- Vit E
- Sunlight/Redlight
- Cold/freeze treatment
The longest I've fasted is 75 hours. People will say things like "a week" or more but that shit is next-level difficult.
Yes, its the consequences of your action. And even if you get excess skin removed it will still be visible till the day you die. But atleast you got your health back
maybe you can go for a strongfat bloatlord look? and let your beard grow or whatever like those viking larpers do, it'll look better than what you look like now
just ogremaxxx
Seriously good work my man, how long did it take to lose. Im at 104 down from 150 and things still feel tight but i think the next 10kg i will experience the same as you. WAGMI
Literally just lift
Got down from 160 to 106 at that point and nothing looks as saggy because of lifting. Your skin will be far better off of you start to support it with muscle.
24y by the way, so yeah, it works
guys this is scaring me. I ballooned up to 300lbs from 220lbs during covid like an alcoholic homosexual. I'm down like 30 lbs and looking good. Will I have fricked up loose skin like this? I'm 5'11" trained and have great muscle mass. How bad will this be? I was worried then I wasn't but this thread is scaring the shit out of me.
OK OK. I mean I expect to have SOME. I will be OK with a bit, but my god these pics are freaking me out. I kept most of my muscle as I fatted out. That has to count for something. I'm losing fast, but I'm lifting a ton and my macros are dialed. I'm doing 1400-1800Cal/day hitting at least 150g protein. Doing lifting and 20 min cardio daily.
OK I just looked at some photos and no I was never that horrific.
loose skin after losing weight tends to come from the body creating the space for the extra fat.
See pic

, first pic to second pic you can see why the loose skin at the belly is shaped the way it is—a panniculus. same for the chest—clearly he has developed his pecs, but the loose skin is from the area that the body added for storage.
This is why the visible folding loose skin tends not to be on extremities as much, especially lower extremities, because the body cant add space there
if you haven't developed a pannus/panniculus AND you lose weight at a reasonable rate (i.e., 2lb a week or less), then you shouldnt have to worry about it

Alright. I think based on this conversation, I'll have some but it likely won't be in tummy tuck range unless it really bothers me. I think I'll be aight.
Take your parents to court for childhood abuse and negligence, request them to pay for a tummy tuck in full. I take it you did not eat roughly close to 70kg+ in body weight excess within the time frame of 18 to 21, as a fully formed and conscious adult, right. It's your ''parents'' homie. If they are rich boomers, sue them.
Get muscles and it'll get slightly better.
Do HIIT cardio and it'll get slightly better.
Eat plant based and it'll get slightly better.
Then go get surgery for the last part
Lost too much weight too fast, skin is gonna be fricked forever, things that people don't know is that when u're very fat for too long ur skin becomes les elastic and u need ur body to learn to canabolise itself, by doing intermitant fasting u can get rid of excess skin as u go u will have stretch marks tho
Suicidefuel thread? Also losing weight rn (similar weight max but only 5'11 and 3 years older than you) and the knowledge that I'll still look like shit in the end is fricking me up. I literally just want an average life and I feel like I never had a chance at living it. Did good at HS, got my university degree and a decent job, not a complete social moron, have a license and all the other normalgay shit and nonetheless I feel like I'll never have a wife because I was at 330 lbs at 18 years old.
This is why if you get too fat it's best to stay around 100kgs, at least you can eat more and have more fun that way. Parents with terrible diets fricks kids hard
Congrats on the weight loss.
And no, it will not get better.
At least you look good in a shirt, right?
Above average
Nope and i am paying for my sins
21 were fat my whole life
And the next 10 funniest jokes i can tell myself that will not make me rope
>21
No, IST, this has to be a genetic issue. There's no way at 21 you have that much loose skin after losing weight.
>21 were fat my whole life
oh brooootal, even if it's a troll pic
You thought your crime (being a fatass) would go unpunished? Gain some muscle and pay for a tummy tuck.
jesus, how old are you? that's grandpa joe tier body
You fricking whiny Black folk on this board.
Its not over, you're just getting started. Keep fricking lifting, and keep on making it.

delusional troony
Congrats, bro, you look awesome
Be proud of the punishment you must face for your gluttony.
Bro honestly that’s not too bad, 1 year of consistent lifting progress and between the added muscle and time for your skin to adjust I think it’ll barely be noticeable.
We both know that won't be the case
Bro i lost 55+ kgs its possible
I wish i was
It won't the only thing that will recede is my neck after i rope
>Bro i lost 55+ kgs its possible
I get that and I respect it, but you're only 21. The average skin should not be that stretched. I think you just got fricked by bad genetics. Either way I'm proud of you. Keep the weight off.
You look good, and as long as you keep it up a lot of that skin will recede over time.
Yep the sad reality is that morbid obesity will ruin your body for life, even if you lose weight you’ll look like a saggy ballsack. Even if you get surgery you’ll still look off.
Show face you mongrel. That's the deciding factor if you get laid or not.

>lift weights
>save money for a surgery
You're fricking 21 you wienersucker.
damn
I lost 40kg and you can only see I have some "loose" skin when I do the plank and gravity is against me
The leaner you can get, the less that skin will show.
There's no solution for it unfortunately. Here's what loose skin looks like after 13 years of maintenance.
C'est la vie
Dear god if i end up like this in the next year i fricking jumping off a bridge
Is this just skin or is there more weight you can lose? Couldn't you add more mass as well?
I haven't gained any significant size in years. I doubt I can get any bigger - at least not a size that I could maintain for long term.
There's some fat in that skin. The loose skin is first place to pick up fat/bloating and looks terrible if I gain any weight at all.
Please mate for the good of humanity only post this image. You got off well since you had the zeero muscle and were massive
I see the titty skin removal and tummy tuck as main ones I'd get once I had the money. Any reason why you're avoiding those? Are they dangerous? Too expensive?

damn that's some extreme and impressive weightloss friend. what do girls think?
How old were you in 2010?
Impressive, keep it up.
That's great
How many tickets did that bracelet cost at Chuck-E-Cheese?
based
you look great
gives me hope
Unironically bulk up now.
i love how everyones forgotten about botox like its just something 60 y/o cougars use to look like barbara walters. worth a shot before literally having someone surgically cut and remove pieces of your flesh.
How is botox supposed to help with my loose skin
Bad luck, but better than staying fat your whole life.
Lads this thread has helped me greatly. I shall slow my weight loss to 500 cal defecit and keep derma rolling and possibly get some of that medical vit A cream.
You guys all suicide cut. It took 20 + years for me to get fat I guess I can let it take years to lose it
Those techniques work for people losing 20-30lbs. If you lose 100 there's jack shit you can do.
What do you base that on? Almost nobody dermaroles for a year constantly, fasts and tries weird skin creams
My own experience.
Things I have done for years at a time:
- Dermarolled
- stiff bristle scrubbing
- compression shirts
- Vit E
- Sunlight/Redlight
- Cold/freeze treatment
The longest I've fasted is 75 hours. People will say things like "a week" or more but that shit is next-level difficult.
I did 6 days once 72 hours is just before it gets easy. I only stopped cause I got scared the build up on my gums was them receeding lol
If you can fast for 3 days you can fast for a week.
It gets easier the longer along you go, until the last day but I think that's psychological
Look into skin removal surgery and stop being a homosexual. They'll fix you right up. My hubby is going in for his third in like less than a week.
Yes, its the consequences of your action. And even if you get excess skin removed it will still be visible till the day you die. But atleast you got your health back
Meh, I went from 270lbs to 175. I was fat my whole life i have tons of loose skin as well..waaa waaa look at me I'm a big baby just like you
Congrats on making the right choice. Having loose skin is infinitely superior to dying from a coronary at 45
You look great besides the loose skin. You probably look great in clothes. Surgery is always an option too, don't feel bad getting it.
maybe you can go for a strongfat bloatlord look? and let your beard grow or whatever like those viking larpers do, it'll look better than what you look like now
just ogremaxxx
I had enough of a fat life
Seriously good work my man, how long did it take to lose. Im at 104 down from 150 and things still feel tight but i think the next 10kg i will experience the same as you. WAGMI
March to november to 98.9 then to yesterday down to 93.1

did you ever get a panniculus? if so, yes, you will have loose skin
i was 255 at my heaviest, but never dealt with loose skin bc i never got a pannus
Yes I had a giant gut, but there wasn't much overhang. I know I will have some I just wonder how bad it will be

Get muscles and it'll get slightly better.

How fat do you have to be to get loose skin?
time to collagenmaxx

I hate that I know I’m going to look like this
I'm starting to look like this already, and it's only going to get better. I really don't care.
OP here i wished i started before i got so fricking obese but its a cross i have to bear
I started at 114kg I’m 6ft
I’m currently 91kg and still have belly and moobs when do you know if you’re going to look like this???
This is why if you get too fat it's best to stay around 100kgs, at least you can eat more and have more fun that way. Parents with terrible diets fricks kids hard
just keep at it. keep lifting, keep doing some cardio, keep up good nutrition. your body will keep changing. make it look the way you want it to.
Even god cant change some things
this dude can grow enough muscle to pad that out and then some, he's fine. just put the work in
I personally went from 330+ lbs in a year to 225 now. I just put the work in. I have very little loose skin and just a bit more leaning down to go
Just dry fast until the skin is tight again
