it's surprisingly hard to eat 200g+ of protein every day without some absurd amount of calories unless you relentlessly spam chicken and whey
it's surprisingly hard to eat 200g+ of protein every day without some absurd amount of calories unless you relentlessly spam chicken and whey
The current science says .7g/lb bodywieght is more than sufficient
You morons miss read it, it’s 7 grams/lb of body weight
Source: myself, i bench 195lbs at 185 bw
Lul
>Source: myself, i bench 195lbs at 185 bw
Congrats on your second month of lifting, wagmi.
It's actually 7 pounds of protein per gram of bodyweight.
That way you don't leave anything to chance!
>protein bar for breakfast
>protein powder after workout
>chicken for dinner
wow so hard
>processed shit
>processed shit
>real food
Wow, something to model after
do you want to get big or do you wanna keep eating 50g of protein a day
see
if you want a more natural option.
Whey protein is no more processed than butter
>200g+ of protein
moron
>everyone is a 130 5'6 pajeet like me
You need protein for lean body masss
Your 200lbs of lard dont need extra protein re
So what are your stats? Including body fat percentage? I really doubt you need 200g of protein
6'4 225lbs around 15% and cutting
Post body
That's neither that large, impressive, or unrealistic you dumb DYELs.
Its pretty unrealistic given how much people underestimate their bodyfat to be anon. either way If he was 15% bodyfat he still would only need 185g protein if he at 1g per lb of lean tissue (Bone mass roughly 6lbs)
Thats like 500g chicken and a few eggs, I can get that down in one or two meal easily and still have the rest of the day to eat whatever I want.
So no body
If you actually train to be big and strong it's a realistic goal that you can reach in 2-3 years. Most calculations have some degree of error, but they'll give you a good idea.
>pic related my measurements, and I'm probably at ~14%
>Body Fat (BMI method)
>probably at ~14%
Or you could be closer to, you know, like 22%
You said you were 6'4
I'm not him, I'm saying what he's got going on isn't unachievable natty if you just fricking apply yourself.
I agree, not the point of my post though.
>pic related
So no reason to eat 200g of protein. 150 would be plenty for you
>6'4 225lbs
>15%
Doing 40/30/30 I need 190g of protein and that's still cutting
>40/30/30
no one cares about your homosexual fad bullshit
kek, seething ukie troon
whey is cheap my dude
Whats up with the ukrainian flag?
Meant to post the rainbow one but I didnt have my glasses on
Squint your eyes a little harder OP, you DID post a pride flag.
spotted the turdie troons. post toilet rajeesh
Yes, you are right
Its how you identify a terrible take
For some reason russians can't stop seething over everything related to ukraine. OP is likely russian.
Imagine being a neoliberal on IST, Jesus Christ dude.
If you cant eat 33 eggs per day, homie you gay.
Scramble up 11 for breakfast, lunch and dinner and youre set. Works out to 2,000 calories and 200g protein. If your'e a 290 pound man (and youre not, dicklet) that .7g per pound of bodyweight and a soul crushing caloric defict. Enjoy a snicker bar for dessert.
There. I fixed it for you.
aren't eggs bad for your heart?
reduced fat cottage cheese
a 1lb tub is an easy 50g whenever you want
>he fell for protein meme
Buy quark or greek yoghurt.
You can eat 1lb of chicken breast and 4lbs of potatoes a day to consume 180g of protein and 2000 calories. You're fricking moronic.
True but imagine eating an entire sack of potatoes every day, lol.
>Breakfast: Hamsteak 6oz with 1oz shredded cheese 35g
>Lunch: 10oz Shredded chicken breast (make 5 lb at a time in a crockpot), shredded cheese, Buffalo sauce 85g
>Dinner: starch, veggie, 8oz portion of lean meat 70g protein
That's 190g of protein right there at 2k calories. Drink a couple glasses of milk if you want more.
One thing, you are going to be eating a lot of repetitive food if you want to be high protein. If you don't have a personal chef, bulk meal prep is the only way to get it.
>you need 200g of protein/day as a natty
why are you trying to eat so much protein? that's just really expensive carbs at that point.
eat skyr for breakfas 55g protein
200g Bulgarian horse Pastrami for lunch on a sandwich with other stuff too, around 100-120g protein depending on the other stuff
dinner 10 eggs and some veggies
over 200g protein and not even 2200 kcal
suck it loser I'm cutting
Russia has state funded buildings full of employees who's jobs are to full time shill on social media. This isn't a conspiracy theory, you can look it up.
>he fell for the 1g/lb protein meme
~150g should be more than enough for most people, the more advanced you are the less you need
the best and most easiest to remember was of eating protein which almost always corresponds to lean mass in men and women is 1g per 1cm height
I'm 187cm i eat 180-200g a day
I'm 192cm and I eat 140-160g most days. I seem to be progressing fine.
yeah of course you'll progress if you're on a bulk
if you're cutting or maingaining you need to up the protein
>maingaining
You dumb tankie BRICS Black folk are a blight and have completely ruined the internet
have a nice day macaco
I eat 500g of lean ground beef and a protein shake with milk and whey
>170g of protein and under 2k calories a day
Cutting made easy
Hmm can't wait for pissiya to balkanize so I can take her as my war bride
Dumb chinky snow monkeys don't deserve her
200g isnt hard, just eat ground beef, steaks and eggs. maybe add some cheese too
>200+ grams
good thing you dont need that much protein moron
Frick off shlomo
I have been running on like 1500 cals and 200g of chicken per day, occasional big sugar day because it makes me feel great
why the frick do you need so much protein
200g chicken isnt much protein
oh shit my bad
I read that as 200 grams of protein
How's your physique? Are you ripped? Would you mind posting it? I'm a twig, thinking about starting the same diet
homie, I eat 314g of protein every day.
Protein shakes, homie.
The science is clear, there is no difference between protein shakes and solid food
>1lb ground bison
>800cal
>96g protein
>fairlife protein shake
>230cal
>42g protein
>tuna
>200cal
>40g protein
>2 cups fair life whole milk
>300cal
>26g protein
So that's 206g protein at 1530 calories, ground chicken is probably even less calories than bison but that's what I've been eating.
